      On May 20, 2023 I hired *************************, CEO of GC Home Remodeling to do Basement work which was destroyed by a burst pipe. ****** was Paid $3300.00 as a Down payment to start. ****** promised to have the work complete in about a week, 7 days **** He was to start the next day which was the 21st but had so many excuses he didn't start until May 24th. During remodeling the basement ****** was Not consistent, some days he would not show up and I would have to call him, he would not reach out to me to let me know Why he didn't show. On 6/9/2023 ****** had a few touch *** to do and asked me can I pay him in full due to him having to pay his employees and he Promise he would be back the next day to finish. Believing him I paid him in full $2350.00, Trusting he will be back to finish up. ****** Never showed! I would call, he would give me dates on when he would come but I Never seen or heard from him. This have gone on for weeks. He stopped answering for be and then Blocked me. I reached out to him on ********* once again, he Blocked me. I mailed a Certified letter to the address that was on the Contract which was a Wrong address. All I'm asking is to get a Refund on the things that he did Not complete. Pictures and Total is attached.

      Contract with *************************, representative of GC Home Remodeling was signed on 5/30/23 with a deposit of $7,512.00 with expected service dates of 7/10/23-7/29/23. A second deposit of $2,508.54 was issued for extra cabinet costs and bathroom supplies. As of 8/2/23 contractor has not started the remodel in the kitchen, dining room or bathroom as mentioned in the contract. We have attempted to contact ************************* many times, ****** has avoided our calls and when he does answer he sets a date and time to come talk to us but has been a no call no show many times now. We have not heard from him, no materials for the remodel have been given to us and job has not been started. We would like guidance on what we can do to get our money refunded.

      Contract was signed with GC home remodeling April 21 2022. **** dollars were paid as material costs, a subsequent check for 790 dollars was paid a week later. Start date of 6/18/2022 and end date of 6/24/2022 were spelled out in the contract. No work has been started. No materials have been supplied. Six different dates were given to show up and work, none of them were kept. Contractor refuses to communicate except through ******** messenger and has now blocked that.
