I ordered an item from their store. It was labeled to the wrong address and subsequently was sent to a wrong post office. I went to that post office and they did not have the package. I called the other post office in the area and they did not have it either. I reached out to this fine business to tell them that the package was addressed wrong and that the post office didnt have it. Their response was that the tracking says I can pick it up at the post office, totally ignoring the information I had told them. I responded again with the information and they have not responded. Purchased three bobbleheads from National Bobblehead HOF. Received two of them. Ive been waiting since June 1 on the third one. Was told about 10 days ago they didnt produce it. I was told by email and by phone I would be receiving a refund. Now theyre not responding to my emails or phone calls. I wont be doing anymore business with this company. This site is fraudulent- they are nothing but crooks. They should be paying us interest for how long they sit on our money and we don't receive a refund after cancelation.Review from Elizabeth E

Similar to other reviews, I ordered two bobbleheads in January 2023 and it took MONTHS for them to arrive. Okay, fine. I'll get over that. But then one of them turned out to be broken, so I contacted them for a refund (because at this point, I knew I'd wait another 6 months for a replacenment). They said they would follow up and after repeated monthly pings, they have yet to do anything. I don't suggest anyone ever purchase from here again.Review from Claudia C

I wish I had access to these reviews about this company before placing my order months before, it would have saved me from becoming a victim myself!!! I, too ordered serval bobble heads in Feb 2023. I placed my order online the money hit my card right away, then the wait!!!!! They were scheduled to be shipped in April, order was delayed due to items in my order not in stock, they said. Then order was scheduled to be delivered in May. No delivery, same excuse. I was then told it would be June, and again in July!!!!! I finally cancelled order due to the graduations, birthdays and Father’s Day, (which gifts were for) had passed and still no Bobbleheads. When I finally cancelled my order on July 31, I was told refund would hit the account in 5-7 days. No refund. I called back, and was told it would be another five days, they were backed up! Then I called after those five days (Friday Aug. 19, 2023) I was told it would be by Monday August 21, 2023. And of course there is still no refund to my card. I have been more than patient m, I want my REFUND!! DO NOT ODER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!Review from Zack D

-200 stars would be more appropriate. I have been waiting for over six months for a Justice Kagan Bobblehead I bought for my friend’s birthday. I’ve had the same experience as others — my card was charged immediately, but of course no response from this company. Absolutely horrendous service. Still waiting to see if this is a scam or if I will ever get this Bobblehead…Review from Bud G

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I pre-ordered a Big Jay BOBBLEHEAD & it was suppose to be shipped the end of March. It didn’t come. I called the company & he’s said they hadn’t got the stock it should be the first of April. It is mid April & no BOBBLEHEAD. I called again today, 4/14 & he said the end of April. I told him I was reporting them to the BBB & if I don’t get it by the end of April I am going to ask for my money back. By the way, they had no problem charging my card & talking my money right away. I would not recommend this company at all. Poor, poor customer service!!!Review from Robb C

If I could leave a rating of negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. I placed an order through their web site, was sent an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. After not receiving the bobblehead that I ordered for weeks, I called and was told the bobblehead in question wasn't in stock and hadn't been for a long time. Disappointed that it was advertised on their web site and asked for a refund. I did not receive an email confirmation that the order was cancelled etc.After not receiving a refund for weeks, I called back and talked to the same guy (it appears that it is a one-man show). He once again looked up my order and told me that he would cancel the order. What? I thought we already did this. Again, this should have been done weeks ago. This time I received an email confirming that the order had been cancelled.After weeks of still not receiving a refund, I called back again and again, same guy. I told him the story, once again, and I have been on hold for approximately 20 minutes and counting as I type this message. Finally, the gentleman came back on the phone and let me know that I should see the refund yet today. Again, what? I thought we already did this.The whole experience makes the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum feel like a total scam. They sell items on their web site that are not in stock, they charge your credit card, they wait to see if the customer notices and require the customer to hound them to cancel an order and to hopefully receive a refund. And throughout the entire experience, they offer poor customer service, keeping the customer on hold for prolonged periods of time while they evidently do nothing.At this point, I'm told that I will finally receive my refund. I guess I'll wait and see...again. If past behavior predicts future behavior, I may have to call back and/or get somebody else involved.Horrible experience. Not coming back. Would never recommend to anyone. Stay away!!!
