      I ordered a bobblehead that was supposed to be shipped in November 2024. When I hadnt received it by January 2025 I called and canceled it and was told Id receive a refund within 7 working days. I have called 3 times and have not received my $38.00.

      This company took 7 months to get our order to us. No communication from the company, the reason for the item was birthday present and obviously did not receive in time. Very unhappy with this company, would like to give "0" stars but can't.

      AVOID THIS BUSINESS. In July I ordered two bobbleheads from NBHOF’s website. They were shown as “pre-sales” expected to ship in September. I was nevertheless charged when I placed the order. I checked on the order from time to time and found that the expected shipping date was repeatedly delayed. NBHOF never notified me of these changes. As of November, the items were not expected to ship until January. On November 23, I cancelled my order and requested a refund by email. On November 25, I received an email saying the cancellation would be processed within ten business days. On November 25, I also cancelled my order by phone. After asking three times when I would receive my refund, Steven told me to expect it “this week or next.” The idea that it takes ten business days to “process” a cancellation is nonsense but I waited ten business days to email NBHOF again on December 9, asking when I would receive my refund. On December 10, I contacted the seller through ******, requesting a refund. NBHOF did not respond to either of the later messages. I now have to file a claim through ****** to get my money back. To add insult to injury, NBHOF sends me frequent texts and emails soliciting my business.

      Stopped by museum on Fall 2023 trip to Milwaukee......totally blown away by museum's displays, staff engagement and value in all aspects. On their mailing list and it is a perfect way for the museum to stay connected with sports enthusiasts and bobblehead nostalgia.

      To Whom It May Concern: Regarding website https://store.bobbleheadhall.com/ I purchased an order of Bobbleheads on April 9, 2024. I emailed the website that I purchased them from on April 29, 2024. These bobbleheads were pre-ordered bobbleheads and were supposed to arrive in their fulfillment center after I had inquired when to expect them to be delivered from an email sent on April 8, 2024 and received a response on April 29, 2024. The seller stated that one of the bobbleheads would be in the fulfillment center in August 2024 and the other two would arrive in the fulfillment center in September 2024. I emailed the seller again on August 20, 2024 and then he stated that the one bobblehead would arrive in the fulfillment center in September. I called the contact number on the website twice on August 20, 2024 and asked when I could expect to receive my bobbleheads. I offered to provide him with my order number and he stated that he didn't need my order number (which I thought was strange) and asked what bobblehead I was inquiring about. He then stated that it was expected to arrive in the fulfillment center in September 2024 and couldn't provide me for an explanation for the month delay. I called back later that day and was provided with the same explanation with the same guy. I believe that I have been scammed and very frustrated. I recently disputed this charge and because it is past sixty days my bank is unable to reverse the charge or give me back my money. I don't understand how this scammer's website is still up as I can see that he has scammed others. This is very frustrating. I'm out $120.50 for the three bobbleheads that I ordered. I'm asking if there is some recourse that can be done from taking and scamming from others. Thanks. Sincerely,***** *.

      I ordered two bobbleheads last fall and have never received either one of them. Tried emailing them several days ago and have not any response, That means there is either fraud or theft going on in my opinion. My account was charged at the time of the order. The one star is actually too generous for this company.

      Placed my order in January. Item was on back order. They said it would be sent mid April-however they charged my card immediately. After multiple calls in May I cancelled my order June 4. It is now the end of June and still no refund. The WORST business I have ever done business with!!!

      I ordered an item from their store. It was labeled to the wrong address and subsequently was sent to a wrong post office. I went to that post office and they did not have the package. I called the other post office in the area and they did not have it either. I reached out to this fine business to tell them that the package was addressed wrong and that the post office didnt have it. Their response was that the tracking says I can pick it up at the post office, totally ignoring the information I had told them. I responded again with the information and they have not responded. Do not order online from this company
