On December 29, 2023 I sent my letter 1 along with related 5 attachments to Milwaukee Alarm Company (MAC) hoping for MAC to address the raised issues diligently and professionally. As I did not receive any responses from MAC, I followed up the matter with my letter 2 on January 29, 2024. Needless to say, *** has never responded to any of my letters as of this date. Please see the uploaded letter 1, its 5 attachments, and my letter 2 for details of my problem.

Our current alarm monitoring company, Milwaukee Alarm Company, has engag** in deceptive and bad business practices. On March27th, 2023, we reach** out to them to quote us installing several new overhead door contacts and modules at our business(******* ***************** They provid** us a quote for the work as $2490, which we agre** to have perform**. At no before, during, or after the work was it communicat** to us that this agreement would also include a 5 year extension of our contract. Fastforward to August 28th, we inform** Milwaukee Alarm that we had sign** another agreement with a different security provider(******* controls) and would be ending service effective imm**iately. Milwaukee alarm then notifi ** us that by signing the contractback on March 27th, there was a clause in the document that extend** our security arrangement with them another 5 years and thatthey have multiple other "sign**" agreements from us all for when we contact** them to do maintenance work with our alarmmonitoring system. They also inform** us that if we want** to cancel service with them, it would cost us around $30,000 to do so. Itshould not be legal to allow a company to put in a clause in tiny print saying that every time we ne** a service call from them, it alsocomes at the cost of extending the contract another 5 years. That is bad business practices and we ne** your assistance in breakingthese unlawful contract provisions

We had used Milwaukee Alarm for 11 years. We recently sold our business and seeing as we prepaid for a whole year I asked Milwaukee Alarm for a refund of the unused service. 4-months worth at $45/month. There response was, "We are not able to provide refunds". This seems unfair and a poor business practice on their part. No response from the owner either.

Milwaukee Alarm offers an annual subscription service. Milwaukee Alarm does not provide refunds. Thank you.
