    March of 2024, found the paint coating is bubbling and peeling from on the house. This paint bubbled and peeled after the first year. Had to come back and redo many times after starting conversion May 2023, repainted Oct/Nov 2023. Took many emails/phone calls to reach someone. 2nd year now in a row. Reached back out to the company. They admitted there was an issue with this product from the manufacturer and I am not the only one with the issue. After trying to get answers, they decided the best option is to replace the siding since there is a defect. I was told I was going to have to pay up to an additional $18,000 plus what i already paid for the siding, which was over $20,000. I told them they needed to go back and get this price down and this is not right. Didn't hear from anyone again. Finally heard back and made an appointment to pick a siding color on Friday, May 10th. Told would get back to me early next week. May 15th said next day. May 17th, I emailed asking what the status is. Another email and text week of May 20th. May 29th left voice mail with company phone number. 10 min later get an email. More excuses as to why no response. Came back with same amount. I told him this is not acceptable and I should not have to be paying for something not my fault and didn't want. Argued over amount off of residing. After that no response. Asked to talk to owner, no response. Last email from me was showing a part of the contract that said if there is a defect, Guardian would be replace at no cost to the customer or would provide original purchase price back to customer. No email response, no phone call received. They other customers have already had their issue resolved. I cannot seem to get them to follow up with me or honor their contract. They are overcharging the siding job to obtain some of their money back. Charging $38,000 to side my house is ridiculous by three people I have had look at it. Pictures are just some of issues.

    Josh and his install team were great when installing my roof. The install crew knew I had a 19 month old and their cleanup was done extremely well. Highly recommend Guardian for your roofing needs
