Guardian has one of the most detailed and relaxed approaches to any housing project I’ve seen. John Jones was particularly helpful in walking me through each option clearly and was patient with going into line by line contract detail. Their pricing and options are just enough to be comprehensive, but not enough to be overwhelming. There was no hard sales pitch and John worked to understand my specific needs and found the right fit option for my budget and solution. I strongly recommend working with Guardian!

The project completed for siding repair on my chimney was outstanding. Patti and Josh were excellent to work with. Their customer service is the best! Patti was able to schedule the job quickly and she is so efficient. Josh explained what the workers would be doing, did a final walk through with us, did an excellent job with cleanup, and answered all of our questions. I recently chose Guardian to side my garage and install a large picture window in my living room. We were also in the process of having a new driveway/new garage floor poured, so I did not want the new siding until that was completed. The team at Guardian ordered the product needed and checked in with me frequently to check on the driveway project so they were able to get to my project as soon as it was possible. I did not have to wait weeks because of my other project. The crew that came out to side the garage was professional and polite. They worked hard and completed the project without issue in the time specified. When the job was completed the garage looked awesome and the surrounding area was clean and undamaged. We had a similar experience with the picture window. The installation went smoothly and the team was very professional. The worked efficiently and cleanly. The window is perfect and we have had no problems with it at all. I would (and have) recommend Guardian with complete confidence.Guardian Professional Contracting Services, Inc.

New Cericade roof looks great and saved me a lot of money. I really appreciated the constant follow up and communication from the office. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dan and the crew did a great job and were very careful and considerate. I highly recommend getting a quote from Guardian Home Improvements. They have the most options and affordable payments. 1 starTheir sales practices are questionable. Found them hard to get factual information, ads (no money down and 30% discount vs what they offer at contract time ( 1/2 down and 3% discount). They tried to cash check during the 3 day right to cancel period, I gave written notice on morning of second day, we did not transfer funds to cover luckily. Just frustrating way to do business. Sorry not for us. We can not rate with any stars, but had to choose.
