      All Exteriors is falsely claiming they are BBB accredited with an A+ rating on their website and advertising materials. This is not true and needs to be addressed as the BBB is being dragged through the mud and is not seen as a reputable source for finding good companies to work with.

      All Exteriors is under new management.  We have not used this BBB information on any print advertising material.  We have been working with our website designer to update the website, with the number of changes we needed to make it is taking longer than we anticipated.  ************** also cancelled our participation with the BBB.

      I signed a contract for heat cable to be installed on portions of my roof and in gutters on 7-22-22 for $1,250 with check for $650 as deposit.They cashed 8-23-22. They didn't come out until 9-28-22 to do job but didn't know where they were putting the tape and didn't have the right clips for the roof. Said they'd get the right clips and be back out the following week. Never came. I was able to talk to ******************* on October 5th who said to send certified letter of cancellation and he would return my deposit of $650. They signed the receipt for my letter on 10-12-22. I have not received my $650 deposit. They send my phone calls to voice mail and never return my calls. On 11-7-22 I have an email saying *** will send me a check in a couple of weeks. It is now 11-21-22 and I have not recieved a refund or been able to talk or email with anyone.

      All Exteriors is working on processing ********************** refund.  *** had told her he hoped to have the refund to her within a couple of weeks.  During this time, All Exteriors landlord sold the property out from under them and are now trying to find a new location.  All Exteriors is committed to refunding ********************** downpayment.  As a side note, the crew presented to her home with the heat tape and installation instruction as per her signed contract.

      All Exteriors did not say WHEN they will be sending back my deposit of $650.   They have had many weeks to return my deposit.

      They will not answer my calls or emails.  I want to know exactly WHEN they will be sending my refund.  As a side note.... They came to do the job without the proper materials and with no idea of what they were to do.

      I contracted with this company for two jobs, actually 3 but their sales person lied to me on the third portion regarding landscaping. I gave them a down payment in September of 2020. They completed the under decking job in the spring of 2021 at which time I payed the remainder due on that job. I gave them a check for ******* on July 7th that they required to begin the second job. Which was to tear out my existing patio which was brick. They were to pour a new concrete patio. They tore out my patio without informing me that they had nobody to pour concrete. If I knew that I would have never let them tear it up. I called them all summer to find out when my deck would be poured. They kept putting me off. They finally informed me in the fall that they had nobody to do the job. I have been requesting a refund from them but nobody ever returns my calls. This is now 2022 and I have no patio. This was at another address at a home that I still own but its on the market with no patio. They took all the bricks from the old patio and fire pit which Im sure they have either used on other jobs or sold. I am requesting a full refund if they ******* which was taken under false pretenses because they didnt have any concrete guy to pour the new patio and failed to inform me of that. This company is still advertising patios at the same time that they are still actively searching for a concrete guy. They need to be put out if business. There is no service and no communication with their customers. I have never down business with a worse company. They are dishonest in their business practices.

      we are unable to secure a concrete subcontractor at this time. We have tried numerous times to do this. All we are waiting on is to get the patio poured. Waiting on concrete to do the actual pour.

      This is not acceptable. They have had well over a year to resolve this problem and have yet to do so. My house is now on the market. The only way to resolve this problem is to refund my money. This company is very unprofessional in the way it deals with its problems. They do not communicate with their customers at all. I have no desire to do business with this company now or in the future.

      I had significant concrete work and gutters placed in 2018-2019, the gutters initially had a leak. They repaired it, but I noticed the same spot started leaking this winter, and water backing up from a downspout into my garage. I emailed them April 12 about warrantee repair, and did not get a response. I left voicemail May 3, and finally called them several times on May 5 before I finally directly spoke to someone. They finally emailed me that evening and said they would fix gutters on May 9 (a quick turnaround after two weeks of no contact), which they no-showed, citing the weather after I called them in the afternoon. They said they would come 8:30 am but cancelled 8:49 am stating their lead called in sick, this was after a family member had arrived to my house to monitor. They rescheduled for May 11, which they no-showed as well. I called and they said that other repairs took longer, but they never contacted me a single time, I had to call several times to even speak to someone about the timing. I emailed them May ****************************************************************************************************************************** family members time waiting, no response. Called them May 17 and emailed them about when they were going to come and no response. Finally I called them May 18 and spoke to the coordinator and she said I was top priority and they would be there within two weeks. It has been two weeks. I called on Wednesday, and Thursday, and they did not respond to my voice mails asking for an updated time line.In conclusion, they only scheduled a repair after I had contacted them several times, then no showed me three days in a row. They have not responded to a single email or voice mail I leave them, meaning the only way I get updates is if I call them and happen to catch the coordinator unawares. It has been almost two months since the initial contact, and I don't have a repair date scheduled.

      I contracted with All Exteriors on May 4th, 2021 to have them complete a screened in porch, replace some concrete stairs and landscaping and gave them a deposit of $22,450.00. The work was targeted to be completed in the late August/September 2021 timeframe. We were told it would take about 2 weeks once they were on site. We received emails and letters to update us that we were still on the list during the summer months. In August we called to get an update and we were told the work would be delayed because they had lost their concrete contractor but they would get back to us. In late September we called again and were told our project would be delayed until the spring of 2022. In February and March 2022 we called and left messages for the project manager/owner Al and never received calls back. On May 5th I sent a letter cancelling the contract since the terms of the contract had not been met and requested my deposit be returned no later than May 20th. I called and the person answering the phone confirmed that my letter was received and my file was given to the owner ********** them I have called multiple times, left messages for an update with the office person and on their voice mail and have not received any phone calls back. The owner is refusing to talk to me and I have not received my deposit back. The contract states they have 1 year to complete the work, which they have failed to do. I am within my right to request my deposit back and cancel the contract.I have attached copies of the contracts that show the one year timeframe and a copy of the letter I sent to cancel the contract.

The owner was back from vacation on June 20th, in the office on June 23rd per the last communication and has not called me back or sent me my refund.  It feels like they are playing a game with me with the back and forth that is occurring over email.

      Signed contract with All Exteriors, LLC on 3-31-21 for new deck at a cost of $22,710, and gave them $11,355 check for deposit for the new deck. Start date on contract written in 12 weeks and initialed by representative for business. Check cashed 4-12-21 according to bank records. Company sent an email 6-1-21 requesting additional $3,755 for same new deck that would bring total for new deck to $26,465. We replied that is not what we signed the contract for and expect them to uphold the contract. Called multiple times through summer and fall for estimate on when deck project will start. Multiple times was given different answers for number of projects ahead of mine (at one time the number went from 2 ahead of me to 4 ahead of me two weeks later). Never allowed to speak to owner, only promises they will call me back that never happened. Today 11-3-21 I called again and they didnt even try for an excuse why nobody has called me in weeks but said owner would call me with an update. There was no call back today, either. We have been out of over $11k since April for a deck that was supposed to be done by July, and no one is even contacting us anymore.

      My requested resolution was to recieve a refund of my deposit.  The reponse from All Exteriors was instead to continue to state the work will be done within the year of contract signature.  However, I can not accept the offer unless  All Exteriors guarentees my full deposit back of $11,355 if the deck is not completed within the year of the contract which is March 31, 2022.
