Voluntary admission quickly turned into being kept against my will upon realizing this prison-like environment was a trigger for my ptsd. Had to meet with a condescending and incompetent doctor the next day before they would release me. To add insult to injury they had the nerves to send a $3000 dollar bill for forcing me to stay in this dump overnight. Just appalling

Please do not take yourself, or, a loved on here. This place is a disaster, Nearly ****** me (literally). Senior medical staff never addressed dangerously low blood pressure. They found it puzzling. Staff found it kind of amusing. In the meantime, nothing is happening. Was quarantined for 8+ days because my room mate tested positive for covid. Not me, my room mate, and, the entire time I was quarantined, I kept testing negative. Still quarantined. Everyday I was tested, staff member would say today's the day you will be positive. Never happened. 8 days in isolation, no programming, no social interaction, nothing. I have had follow ups with doctors that are amazed that I am functioning, based in the care that was received. Here's the cherry on the sundae. The entire time i was in residential, or, PHP, i was diligent about making sure insurance was in order, Assured, daily, it was. Fast forward 1 year, my wife gets a notice from a collection agency for bills totally $6000. Apparently, that is not their problem, it's mine to work out with my insurance, They call themselves professionals. 1) I was assured that everything was in order. 2) I never received these bills 3) You defer to a collection agency rather than doing your due diligence? I went there to get healthy. They did nothing while I was there, Now, more than a year later, another crisis. Shame on Rogers, Shame on their staff (particularly medical, which, is largely unavailable, and, not the least bit helpful). This is the truth about my experience, There is not a single level of care that I could recommend as healthy, This organization is less than competent for care. If I were to offer an adjective, most likely, the suggestion would be to consider them dangerous. This is not a safe place.

I only give 1 star because there is no less I can give. The staff needs trauma training as they caused or ignored most of the trauma in tbd inpt unit. Necessary meds are listed as PRN ( as needed) . I had no treated plan I knew after 6 days and was so over stimulated I called the local police to be released after 7 days of unknown treatment plan. I was so confused and scared of most staff who violated patient rights repeatedly I forgot I was depressed. I was in fight or ight mode told I’d be strip searched with pictures taken in admissions. Not a good location if you actually want help. I would definitely not recommend inpt mental health tx. I have about 17 grievances to file. Poorly trained staff, lack of communication between department assured me my insurance would cover now I call patient billing and they won’t know until bill is submitted $1400 a day!!!

My son was admitted for duel care. Five days after being released he drank, hit a tree head on after being clocked at 25 miles over the speed limit and put in jail. Was bailed out and 5 days later, drank again. Was again jailed because the police thought he was an intruder at his friend's house. He was admitted to another facility in ******** and again did not get the mental health help he needed, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and abandonment syndrome. After leaving after a month, 5 days later he committed suicide. The WHOLE person needs to be treated.

These people are not qualified whatsoever to be running a health center. When I was there I was emotionally gaslighted into believing everything was my own fault. They use almost exclusively negative reinforcement and if you do not fit into their perfect box they threaten you. Conditions of food are deplorable, things are regularly moldy and unsanitary. I also wish I knew how to *** them for medical malpractice because I was severely injured multiple times and they brushed me off as faking things to avoid doing my exposure work. I was trained to believe everything was my fault and no matter how much pain I am in I can never do enough. It took me 2 months after my discharge to finally see my doctor about a fall I had. Turns out that fall had resulted in bilateral rib-strain and a concussion. My doctor said whoever evaluated me for my fall was not qualified at all to do so. It took me 2 months to get help and Im learning some of the consequences of my concussion may take years to resolve, if ever. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else. They broke me both physically and mentally. They may have helped my OCD somewhat but the cost was not worth it. Only positive was my fellow patients who cared enough about me to have my back. But the staff just didnt care at all. Treated us like lab rats pretty much.

Lie about what they offer, treat you like c*** and do all they can to silence you about a bad experience. They removed the photos I posted of the interior of the office. My review is being blocked, not shown on ******* They prey on people with mental illness knowing they have nowhere else to go.Unorganized, unprofessional and cruel. Tried to fill out paperwork ahead of admission bc I wouldn't have anyone accompany me the 1st day. Arrived and told they needed like 15more pages signed. luckily the person out of town was able to sign and return these forms. The front desk person also didn't know how much they were supposed to charge me and had me look it up though emails and paperwork I'd already signed--WTF?? They showed me to my private closet with a desk where I'd spend most of my time self learning the therapy material. I was told during admission I'd meet with a therapist every day, behavior therapists during group every day and psychiatrist once per week-- not the case. For 2 of 3.5 hrs every day I'd be alone in my closet with a workbook and binder.Day two I arrived and they said they didn't receive the paperwork yesterday and the director came to tell me I needed to leave because they couldn't admit me without the paperwork (though I'm an adult who signed everything and paid for 2 wks already & other party says they sent it in). They had the whole first day to notify me of an issue with paperwork for me to resolve it but waited until I'd already arrived to alert me to the problem. So disrespectful of my time and the fact that the first (real) day of going to treatment is challenging enough to begin with. The contact they needed was traveling and unavailable. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

Our son was treated at the Rogers OCD residential program over the summer of 2022. Primary negatives at Rogers OCD residential program inexperienced untrained staff, dietician on staff that does nothing to improve patients diets, exposure response therapy is self directed with very little time with an actual therapist, no follow-up after discharge (you are on your own). Primary positives good medication management by skilled psychiatrist, program puts folks in touch with others in a similar situation allowing them to make friends.

Do Not take your loved one here!!! Document every conversation, email, text as you will need it to prove anything with these folks. They know how to document things to benefit themselves in case of a dispute. They are horrible money hungry people that do NOT care about your loved ones and are here to make money off of your challenges. I’m going to seek legal advice but pretty sure my word against theirs and I’m screwed. Their internal investigation wasted my time and came back blaming us and my daughter and said Rogers did nothing wrong; took our money and left her hanging in worse shape than before going in. What’s worse is I spent 4 years trying to get my daughter to Rogers; struggled with insurance; waiting lists; money I did not have out of my 401k to send her to ca for treatment and final result is nothing as they wasted her time hope and my money. These people will never do right by their wrong, will give you the run around and ignore you but suck the life out of the insurance and your pocket and once that’s done then you are done!! Please do not think this is here because we are unhappy it’s because they literally did not do much to help my daughter and it’s a waste of money and hope of getting better! Good luck to you if you are going to give them a try! God bless and hope there is a time where these people can be held accountable for what they do to families like mine.

The programs are not explained clearly. The therapists are spread too thin between patients and do 10m check-in's, but bill your insurance for individual sessions. Many patients were over medicated, or under medicated. Psychiatry staff didn't seem to have a basic understanding of the needs of the their ptsd patients, despite claiming to run a "trauma" program. Their program puts all the pressure of getting well solely on the patient, and offers no structure, little guidance, and little personalization. Concerns are ignored, minimized or dismissed. Patients are treated like children or like they are incapable of making decisions in their best interest. I tried to discharge twice, after giving this program a month of my time and was met with rudeness and hostility. They also knew that I was running out of my lexapro but refused to refill it unless I stayed in program. I got covid shortly after discharge, was unable to see another provider and now am currently running out of medication. All attempts to reach out to staff, including the director have been unhelpful or outright ignored. This company is awful and is centered around how much insurance money they can get for as little effort as possible. I was treated like a pricetag and not a person. I didn't work on a trauma a single time that I was in their ptsd/trauma program, which is really just an anxiety program with no structure. I could of saved lots of money by staying home and reading self help books if I wanted zero support and to do everything myself. I hope they get unaccredited and bcbs revokes payment.
