All was amazing until you need service. This company has blocked me on ********* I deleted my review here which was over the top good. All I asked for was help with a defective Garage door in they installed in my new home they built, in May...They ignored my texts and asks for help! I don't matter once paid in full, so with the manufactures help we got it working again. Now here we are in June and the door system failed catastrophically. This failure could have caused damage to cars and worse a person. I was told they had no time to help me, they are too busy, well how can you blame them, I am paid in full! Then they had the audacity to say the failure was my fault for fixing it in May. They told me to call a Garage Door Contractor and gave me the name of a local contractor they recommended, and I did. The result? Unprofessional install and dangerous omission of bracing parts, other more colorful words were used I will send them the bill, as this is an obvious install failure. Let's see what kind of company they really are. To make a mistake and own up to it, shows character and commitment, we all make mistakes, to blame, point fingers and deny is lack of character and professionalism. For me that is all I ask. Mistakes happen, but Waukau is flawless? I will not change my review, how you deal with mistakes and own them says all you need to know. Be warned.
