      I've ordered many times over the years and I have never been dissatisfied with the result. The samples are great to test before making a decision. No matter who my rep is for the order, they always seem to go above and beyond. For example they just sent me a few examples with my logo on a bag to make sure it was right before going forward with the full order.

      4Imprint provides service that you will not get with competitors. Like any company, an error may happen.. but when it does, they go out of their way to make it right. I had a fairly material error occur with an order in September/October of 2022 on some hoodies that I had ordered for my business. Service level agreements and deadlines were not met, and I attempted to address reasonably. My initial attempts and some miscommunications had me pretty hot, and I escalated, expecting to get crickets, as with so many businesses nowadays.Much to my surprise, 2 team members and an SVP reached out to me directly to rectify the issue. They stuck by their customer guarantee and turned me into a believer. I went from swearing 4Imprint off forever, to becoming a loyal customer with renewed faith that service isn't dead. So often, reviews left on sites like this only reflect negative experiences. I wanted to share my experience in hopes of giving others some reassurance that this company does right by their customers when they do run into an error that truly occurs on their end.

      They did not deliver on my second order. After calling a few times and getting attitudes from them, I checked the order on their website and saw that they never even made the bags I ordered!!!It is interesting that they now promote the company as one that would certainly deliver.I would not trust them.

      I would rank 4imprint Inc higher if it let me. Right from the very beginning Melissa was super, she helped me place my order. Once it arrived part of it was incorrect, but that is just the beginning. I e-mailed her my issue, come to find out it was probably could have been my fault for not understanding the artwork proof. She then looked into it, and I received an email from Andrew asking if I wanted a discount and to keep and use what we had or reprint new ones. In this case we needed the part to be correct. He then offered to reprint them at no additional cost and then told us we could keep the originals or donate them. Due to the nature of the error my people won't wear them, but they will be great for the homeless once we donate them. The communication from the beginning to the end was outstanding, even the artist called me to make sure the new order was correct. I highly highly recommend this company, well done.

      This company is a scam! 1. They force you to order before you can add your logo 2. You can not view your logo on the product 3. You can not edit your order once it is placed 4. The only way to edit your order is to call and talk to a sales person.5. The only way to see what your logo will look like on the product is to wait until the salesman emails your a proof to approve. 6. Dont ever agree to place an order with this company, going back to a real company / sportex for sure. Huge waste of time.7. I still cant edit or cancel my order. Deleting my account!

      Some of what you describe is accurate, but much of it is not. Yes, we do not offer online mockups, and we wait until your order is placed before accepting your artwork. This approach has been refined over 35+ years to ensure your order proceeds smoothly and quickly, all while fulfilling our 360 Guarantee promise to you - ensuring 100% satisfaction or well pay to pick it up, reproduce it, or refund your money - your choice! We understand that circumstances may change, and editing or canceling your order afterward is more than OK. You can simply email your customer service representative, hop on our web chat, or call - whichever is easiest for you. Importantly, you are never billed until youve approved your mockup, and your order is shipped. And, in response to your request, we promptly cancelled your order and deleted your account.

      I have worked with 4imprint since 2017, for two employers and they have never failed me. If or when there have been mistakes (I only recall one) they literally jump through every hoop to make the situation right, and that's with asap timing! Exceptional product and service, far exceeds expectations and my expectations are high. This is the company for marketing needs! Wish I could go on and on, but a 5 star review says it all. 4imprint is real and a real part of making our business a success.

      I could not be happier with my experience with 4imprint. I had worked with 2 other companies on our yearly calendar order. Both were very difficult, and one was downright pushy. They would NOT stop calling our stores and trying to place an order, even after being told repeatedly to stop (*****). When I started working with Chelsea ****** at 4imprint, I was amazed at her promptness, her willingness to help with my questions, and just the overall customer service experience. We are really happy with the finished product, and it was shipped and delivered exactly as promised as well. We will definitely keep using them in the future.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. We placed an order for multiple items and paid a substantial amount for next-day shipping on a Thursday. We were given the assurance that our packages would arrive by Tuesday, which was the day of our important event. However, on Monday, I had a conversation with someone named Joane, who promised to provide courier details but instead sent an email stating that the packages wouldn't be delivered Monday or Tuesday. I attempted to reach Joane by phone, but she was unavailable for the remainder of the day. Subsequently, I spoke with Elizabeth, who initially claimed she was getting a manager but, in reality, put me in a call queue. Finally, I had a conversation with Trent, who informed me that a name change was made on the package, resulting in a one-day delay. Unfortunately, he couldn't identify who initiated the address change and could only offer an apology. I am thoroughly frustrated with the entire ordeal, and there has been no resolution to our issue.
