We need help with a billing problem from Healthy Smiles Dental Care, S.C in ********. 1. My wifes Full Mouth ************* ($195) on her first appointment (09/19/2022) for cleaning. The insurance company doesn't cover it, it can be avoided but Healthy Smiles suggested that. My wife told Healthy Smiles to get full mouth image from WCTC because she did it there in 2021. Healthy Smiles said they didn't have time to get it, and they said it is covered by the insurance anyway. So, my wife agreed to do it. From on the bill on 09/21/2022, clealy "Intraoral Full Mouth Images" was taken as covered by insurance. But it truned out to be not covered. 2. My cleaning ($142) on 10/06/2022. This is my 2nd cleaning in this year. But my insurance company checked multiple times and confirm it is the third one so rejected. I paid it, but I want it back because I think Healthy Smiles did something wrong to bill my insurance company. 3. My wife's Broken Appointment *** ($200) on her second appointment at 11:00 AM on 10/10/2022.We can pay something if it is not too much.The original appointment was not on 10/10/2022. Healthy Smiles changed it to 11:00AM on 10/10. My wife agreed. Unfortunately, then she forgot about it.On 10/10, after 11:00, my wife missed two calls and when she picked the 3rd one, she knew she missed it. She apologized at the first minute but she was told the fee is $200.I called **************** for multiple times and eventually what **************** offered was for the next 4 appointments, if my wife can show up on time, each time she will get $50 as credit. My wife tried more to communicate but was told he doesn't want to talk any more and it's okay for us to see a different dentist.4. Late Charge and Finance Charge ($84.51). On the most recent bill, there are "Late Charge" and "Finance Charge". It keeps growing.I guess there is some language problem because we are not native English speaker. But I believe we did not do or say anything bad.Business response

they need fmx and what it costs and not that we are going to charge them for it
He became a patient in mar 2022 he came back in April and balance was fine. Cleaning in Sept.
fillings done all fine, wife came in Sept and insurance did not pay full amount they had xrays somewhere else and they failed to tell us. Wife had 2 hr appt. 100 per hour for a missed appt. Their bill right now based on fin agreement. Late charges will accrue.
