Heather and Shawn were great help! I needed pontoon parts on older boat. Heather spent time finding some of the parts. When i called in to look for more parts. Shawn jumped in, found what i needed1 ; then completed my order! Their prices were fair. Shipping quick without paying a premium and everyone was very nice. this allowed me to get repairs done this weekend before guests arrived. This was my first time to order through them. Great Lakes Skipped has some of the best customer service out there! I purchased a ****** sound system head unit that had Bluetooth signal issues and within hours of contacting their customer service team the process to swap out that unit had begun. Highly recommend using them for your boating needs knowing they fully support in selling their customers the best quality equipment.Review from Ed H

What a great experience! Purchased an engine with what was believed to be cosmetic damage, only to find once delivered there was more underneath that was hard to see at a glance. Ruben and Ethan were a pleasure to deal with and worked out the return without issue. The customer service from the team and how pleasant it was from the receptionists that are capable of helping with basic needs, to the sales people who are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and the managers who are very reasonable to work with when things go a little sideways! I will be sure to send as much business their way as possible moving forward!

Outstanding Customer Service! We are a marine dealer in Greenville, SC and have been buying from this company for years. They sell OEM Marine products at surplus pricing. We have been working with Alexis and she has always been responsive, resourceful and excellent communication.
