            Terrible customer service and the warranty is a joke. These guys are scammers and told me it they wanted a $50 testing fee after they had already tested my injector that they asked me to send so they could test. Then after I got them to waive their $50 fee they told me shipping would be $40 for 1 injector. It cost me $8 to ship it to them with the post office and they said they can't ship injectors through the post office. They're probably gonna prove me right by responding to this review saying that those are standard rates or try and say that they did tell me even though they didn't. I have all of our communications in writing. The owner is also confrontational and rude if you call about a warranty claim. Don't waste your money with these guys. Just in case they try and say I never ordered ******* is the order number. This is not the service I expect from a company that charges $3000 for an order. If they have any honesty they will refund the excess amount they charged me for shipping.

            Terrible customer service no after sell support would not recommend company

            We are sorry you feel you received terrible customer service but it is extremely hard to provide the adequate service needed when the caller hung up on us when trying to explain procedures. The product you received was a sealed package from ******. It is very rare that a part is missing from their products, but in the event that that does occur, ****** deals directly with the end user. It is NO CHARGE to you, ****** is very easy to deal with, and they would get the missing item sent out right away. We do not carry component parts for the ****** systems which is why any missing items need to be addressed directly to ******. Because of the fact we were hung up on, we couldn't provide the customer with ******'s phone number. When that happened, we in-turn called ****** directly and gave them the customer's phone number so they could reach out directly to him. In the meantime, the Owner reached out via text. The Owner asked for the customer to give a call directly to him and all communication stopped with LDS. We followed up with ****** this morning (****) and they confirmed that they sent out the missing part along with an extra one and will also be refunding the customer for the overnight shipping charge. We are really at a loss of words of what more could be done but glad the customer was taken care of in the end.
