    Placed an order for hermit crab shells. Money was taken out immediately. And now I have been "awaiting shipment" for over a month. I have asked for an update. Nothing. I have asked for a refund. And nothing.

    I ordered various items on order number ***** September 11th, 2023. On September 25th 2023, I received an email that my order had shipped with a tracking number. After about a week, I didn't receive the order, so I clicked on the tracking number link. The number didn't exist. I reached out through their online order portal and no response. I filed for a refund through PayPal but as of time of writing this, haven't received it. It's obviously a scam company just taking money. Buyer beware!

    I ordered a jumbo turtle shell for $170 on June 25, 2023 and paid $12.95 for 2-3 day shipping.. I waited til July 4, and still no turtle shell in the mail. Went on the company site and low and behold, they have no phone number… I checked the order status and it stated it was awaiting fulfillment… why is it waiting if I paid for 2-3 day shipping?? I sent an email to the company and no response. A few days later, I still have no response and scoured the internet looking for any info on this company and could not find anything, but found this site, with several customer complaints.. I also read the colorful responses by the company. I figured I’d take my chances and send a colorful email to them to get their attention. Well, all of a sudden they respond !! Instead of the response trying to explain, it was condescending. They explained that the production time was 2-3 weeks. I went back on the site and noticed that they unprofessionally had that written in a red block with black letters so that it would be hard for someone to read. Why would I pay for 2-3 day shipping if it was going to take 2-3 weeks? Then the response was they will refund me and give my order to another customer. I wrote back and actually apologized and said I don’t want a refund, I just want the product.. and no response… a few days later I went back on the site to reorder, a few hours later, they sent me another refund. Stay away from this bogus company that has no employees, changes names on eBay, and doesn’t respond unless it benefits them

    Do not order from them. Ordered hermit crab shells on 2/17 and now 3/28 still do not have them. Had various communications that stated they shipped (tracking only showed label created not actually shipped) then they claimed to reship the items but would not provide a new tracking. Finally sent an email (different from the their site messaging system) and someone saying they were the owner and would remedy the situation that afternoon (3/21). Here we are on the 28th and still have not received my items or a refund. Would not recommend buying from this site, you will just lose your money.

    Do not order from this company. If you order anything other than the wooden items they make, they will ignore you. I finally got a paypal refund but it took forever and multiple contacts via facebook and the vendor's wife's etsy store. Very frustrating. I got multiple stories, ie: it's already shipped, we are very busy, sorry we thought it was already shipped etc. This vendor needs to update their website to what they really sell and not items they don't want to bother with. The shells were for an elementary education oceanographic program so now I have disappointed students.

    Ordered placed on September 2nd. Multiple emails sent a few weeks later with no response. FINALLY reached out via FB and magically my emails were answered. Was told my order was shipped 2 day via USPS on September 20th yet here we are 2 days later with no update to tracking. USPS states they have yet to receive the package. Seller needs to work on customer service skills and shipping orders in a timely manner. A quick search for the shop name reveals multiple issues with various buyers, all regarding the same issue. Definitely wouldn't recommend using this company.

    Your order was a custom order 2-3 week delivery in which you never responded so you where refunded. Dishonest customer threatened staff fist complaint as you can see
