    3-25-2023 paid $10000 in full for solar panel installation and have gotten nothing. *********************( company owner) claimed he would refund me in May 2024 but will not answer calls or email since.

    On 7/21/2022 I sined a contract with Next Energy Solutions to install a off grid solar system at my hunting cabin the price was ****** dollars and was a total install by the company . racking mount .solar panels. inverter. inverter batteries. all wireing of the system . gasoline outside back up generator .I had several issues come up during the install .I purchased 16 solar panels and they only instaled 14 .the installers burned out my hot water heater element and refused to fix it .they installed the gasoline generator in the cabin and is unsafe to run they say it is safe but when i start it all my CO2 detectors go off and i have to shut it down . what needs to be done to finish the contract is generator wired outside and the 2 solar panels they shorted me .

    In responding to a complaint filed by a Don ****** our position. *** entered into a signed contracting installing a off grid solar system located @********************************. *************, ** 54873.

    SOLAR PANELS CLAIM; The complaint alleges that ****************** was shorted solar panels. This in fact is not true rather, we upgraded at NO CHARGE, ****************** solar panels from a standard 400 watt panels 16 x 400 *****= **** ***** to the new High Output 485w Bi-Facial (See Spec Sheet) 14 x 485 *****= **** *****. this upgrade gave ****************** 390 ***** MORE output again, at no charge. ***************** was told this several time and even shown the label on the panels itself. (see old and new invoices for proof)

    WATER HEATER CLAIM: We were not contracted to to wire the water heater, and according to our licensed electrician, ****************** was in the process of wiring the house and stated the wiring was a mess and he was fixing it. 

    GENERATOR CLAIM: ***************** had a small gas generator when we arrived. He was told he needed to get a larger generator according to the manufacture of the Solar Inverter. We told ****************** we would make the system ready for the larger generator by installing a receptacle where he could plug his generator into the system to charge the batteries. We were NOT contract to install his generator or run it outside. (see scope of work on Invoices) ****************** is looking for work to be done that he has not paid for. 

    The system ****************** has can be viewed online and his system is operational and has worked flawlessly since it was installed. ***************** has recently stopped at out office to complain and even threaten personnel to the point if he returns the cops will be called.

    Remedy: I told ****************** to contract with another electrician to wire his house because we won't contract with him to do it.

    ****************;    I was told by NES to have an electrician install the wire and he will pay for it .so i need to know that he is going pay for it the electrician needs to ************ directly i will accept that.

    Business states that they have been in contact with the electrician and the issue should be resolved. They are waiting to receive the bill, and as they offered, they will be paying it.
