    I have been waiting over a year for a broken lock on a window. I have another window that the glass is separating been waiting since February. I send text messages I make phone calls. No return on anything. The windows come with a lifetime guarantee and I cant get any help.

    Consumer states they do not have contact information for the manufacturer, so they are unable to call them. They also state that as they paid Patrick Windows, Patrick Windows should be responsible for making sure this is remedied.

    I sent a text to Patrick Windows over a week ago. Still no response. Ask for proof that he is sending the stuff in no response. I have done everything. Patrick windows has asked me to do and I get no response still waiting.

    I purchased a group of nine windows for installation from Patrick windows 4/7/22. The windows were manufactured by ************** and Doors, **************. The window installation was completed on 5/20/22. The next day after the installation a crack started in the bottom pane glass in one of the windows. The window had never been opened since installation and was not struck by anything that I am aware of. I contacted Patrick Window who indicated they would contact the manufacturer. I contacted Paterick Windows about 3 months later and a representative said he called Sunrise again and he said Sunrise indicated to him that they had no record of his first call. I sent Patrick Windows a letter 1/19/23 asking for a update on my complaint and indicated that if I heard no response I would proceed with further action. I have not had any communications with Patrick Windows. I believe the window is a result of faulty manufactured glass. I would like the window pane replaced.

    With regard to my complaint #******** for Patrick Windows please be advised that Patrick Windows brought a replacement windows to our home Sat. 3/4/2022 and installed it and the window has been repaired.  I know I cannot make additions to my complaint since I opened it last on 2/23 at which time the window had still not been repaired.  I just want to let you know that the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

    Bought and had windows installed by them in May of 2022.Have been calling and leaving messages about 2 windows that failed during the December cold snap. ( about 5 tries) He is ignoring my calls and has yet to call back. I told him in my messages what happened and I have pictures to show him, I believe improper installation is the problem. I need them to come and fix or replace the 2 windows that are bad. But I believe a few others have small air leaks to, but they didnt malfunction.-yet. I will also be filling out a warranty complaint with the window manufacturer, and telling them what he is doing.I should have known this was going to happen for I remember him ignoring a customer and complaining that they keep calling and pestering him. This is a very poor way to do business. The pictures I have -its hard to see where the frost/ice is. Its on the sides and the sash where the locks are.

    We had all of our windows replaced the week before Labor Day. Two weeks later during a rain storm we had 3 windows leak. I have left 10 voicemails (husband has left numerous ones), I've spoken to ***** (owner) once. He stated he would send one of his people to look at them...and nothing happened. At this point we think we may have to get a lawyer involved for our "lifetime warranty" window issue.

    We've been back and dealt with their issues. First was the kitchen window. We took off the siding to show them where they getting water behind their siding. They have no flashing on their gutters. We corrected their original problems at our expense and showed them what was going on. Having the windows closed and locked during one of the biggest storms in our history would have been helpful.

    Yes he showed us some issues with our gutters but the windows were closed and locked at the time of the leaking during the storm.  We are still waiting on our full screens for the upper level windows, which should be here this week.  We haven't had any leaking (no rain) since the repair.  My main issue with Patrick Window owner was his lack of answering his voice mail messages.

    I want to make sure that the windows don't leak during a rain storm before I'm completely satisfied that the problem has been fixed.

    I had my new windows installed during the summer of 2021. All are good except one. One that faces the east side, on the second floor, leaks during a driving rain storm. Contacted Patrick Windows on October 25, 2021, the first time it was a driving rain from the east and the leak occurred. ***** said that the window is under warranty and will be replaced. Contacted numerous times since. The latest text received back from Patrick windows was on May 4th saying the replacement window arrived. Tried contacting them numerous times (voice mail, e-mail and text) to schedule install and get no response. There is a lifetime warranty by Sunrise Windows. All other windows are fine and I am completely satisfied with the quality. I just need this one leaking window replaced.
