  Pre-order made over a year ago for "IF-EX65 Spear of Marbas" has come and gone, is listed as "sold out" on the website, but the pre-order has not been honored as i never recieved my item and they refuse to respond to support emails.

  Bigbadtoystore is fantastic. My girlfriend and I have been ordering for years with very few issues. We are into Masters of the Universe and Transformers from the 80's. I have read many of the reviews and complaints here and many of the bad ones are nonsense. Many complaints seem to revolve around pre-orders and the time that shipments take. I would generally agree the BBTS is usually not the first online seller to get new items in, but they are near perfect in every other area. Did anyone stop to think that maybe BBTS is receiving their shipments at normal speed while other online retailers may be paying more to get them faster? BBTS then turns around and charges you a normal price for toys because it costed them less to get them themselves. I love using BBTS because they have very fair prices, are very accurate with orders, have good customer service, and they have real collectors grade items. Where else can you order a collectors grade item for only a couple bucks more. This is an incredible service. Other online retailers don't care about toy package condition and I don't buy from them. Some online retailers have "collectors grade" but all they do is wrap a damaged toy in clear plastic and call it collectors grade and charge you more. BBTS gets it right and they are my first stop as a serious collector. Honestly they are the best place around.

  We bought an mukun nindroid as I opened the package it, the item fell out of my hands. I call customer service and told him what happened and I told them I was not happy with the product because it's way too delicate. They told me basically it's not their problem, and they cannot issue free funds based on negligence. The only way they will issue a refund if it's damage in the box. I'm giving this one star. They also stated it was in there. Refund policy as I looked it up, nothing has mentioned about damages on their policy. I will be calling better business bureau

  This website is involved heavily in fraud. Any toy preorder placed will never be filled. They take your money but never deliver the product and will not give a refund. They literally steal from their customers. They stole from a disabled veteran and his elderly mother. Never do business with this website. They work directly with ************ to steal customers money from preorders. Scam artists stealing from kids.

  I would give them no stars if possible. I ordered and got an estimated delivery date of 5-10 days. I have not even received a notification that my order has been shipped so I did not check any tracking. I was told that my order won't be here until next week (over 10 days). I could not get a refund; I could not get anything done. I now have a toy being delivered 8 hours away for a birthday party I was supposed to attend next week. I was speaking with Ryan who was very UNWILLING of helping. He told me I could NOT refund my products even after they get here, he told me I was in other words "BEAT"

  Pre-orders are a straight up Lie. I placed an order in 2022 and still have not arrived. Before any PR guys from them come chirping on here about being beholden to allocation or manufacturing, just don't bother. Obviously it's understandable that if you don't have the item then you cant ship it to anyone. My problem is specifically that you also put an "estimated" time of arrival. Again, as an estimation it's a given that it may not be EXACTLY accurate, but there has to be some sort of reasonable time frame. Honestly why even put an estimation if month after month it just changes for YEARS? This is 100% disingenuous. A new customer cannot make an informed decision when the estimation is just made up. Delays and supply chain issues happen and I have dealt with things like that, but 2 years? I had to reach out a year later and got "it looks to be available shortly". Now another year later, I've cancelled my order and am stuck having to pay 2x reseller prices for something I thought I had already reserved for myself. 2 years is the cut off I'm using on pure principal and I think it's way past generous. No customer should have look at an completely made up estimated ship date when deciding to order from a company.***To be fair and clear for readers: I did not actually put money down or anything like that for the pre-order on this site. So, they didn't "steal" my money or anything like that and were polite in correspondence. I had faith they would deliver and they did not. That is why I am leaving this review, to warn others to not waste their time.***

  Don't bother unless you are a influencer! I have ordered or should I say attempted to order multiple items from BigBadToy store. Even recently I gave them yet another shot. I ordered a set of Marvel Legends, months after they were supposed to be released, I found them at Game Stop. So, I called their customer service number to check the status of my order and they still couldn't give me a shipping date. So, I just canceled it. Exact same thing happened with single releases of Marvel Legends and GI Joe classified finding things I "Pre ordered" at Target, Walmart or Game Stop months later on one occasion in the clearance isle it had been out so long. Most recently I pre ordered the Veteran William Werewolf action figure when it was announced. Never received it and ended up ordering it from Amazon and getting it in 3 days. Unless you are a influencer don't waste your time or money.

  Do not preorder thru these guys. They lie about when theyll get it and make you wait so long, I ordered few items more than a year and they never shipped. For some item, they require 10% deposits when you order, and they never arrive. And those item that they never get, you can find it somewhere else. Do not buy from them. They are scams

  Been shopping at Big Bad Toy Store for about 20 years. A small fish compared to WalMart, Target, and Amazon, it is still a family owned business that has built up a good reputation with the collector community. The only complaint I have is that they often seem to be the last store to get goods in stock, so it isn't for the impatient,. But while the bigger online sellers mentioned above frequently cancel scores of preorders, I have always found BBTS will deliver what's promised eventually.

  I pre-order an item 1/9/2022 with expected 3rd sometime in the summer, well here we are a year later 1/13/2023 and still no item, now website says expected 1st Quarter 2023, which they basically don't know, wouldn't be so bad if they didn't take a $30 non-refundable deposit, basically they just take your money and run. Do not pre-order anything from this company, they're running a pre-order scam.
