      Dont let the low rates fool you. You get what you pay for. They will send you to collections without ever notifying you. No physical mail, no phone calls, no emails.

      Do not mess with dairyland worst insurance company you can deal with. Had a issue with card and they canceled me . Sent something in mail and said my policy canceled. I opened it back up on a motorcycle went from 115.00 a month to 145.00 they claimed it was the price hike. But they say it is because the state that is not true. I live in a state that insurance is higher and policy is cheaper for 2 motorcycles same coverage cheaper than that. Also they sent me a bill threating me for $82.00 dollars. The first time canceled second time sent me a threatening letter . What since does that make . This insurance company will give you a royal ******** my advise to you is stay the hell away from them worst insurance company I have ever dealt with . A bunch of crooks. When ******** is cheaper than them and not the crooked ones....

      I reported shoulder, neck, and arm pain at work in March, 2021. I have been working for the same company since 2001 and I do heavy factory work. Sentry did not deny my claim, and we started looking for relief shortly after I reported my pain. Everyone seemed nice and sympathetic, but once my "care" started I seemed to "fall through the cracks". My care was delayed from early April in 2001 until early July in 2001 because "someone dropped the ball" and I was lost in the system. I actually got a phone call from Sentry insurance representative asking me what was going on with my health care. ( a good company would know). That was how things started. Since then I have had 3 surgeries on my shoulders, and a multi level disc replacement in my neck. In the nearly 3.5 YEARS since this has started, I can't count the number of times I have had to pester Sentry insurance until they did their job. I have retained a lawyer so now NOBODY at Sentry insurance including my "case manager" will speak directly to me and all communication has to follow the chain of command until the information goes through many people then back down to me. I feel my health care is pretty important and needs addressed way sooner than what Sentry is doing. After any of the 4 surgeries, people need some time off work to heal properly. The longest I was allowed to be off work after surgery was 3 weeks. That was after a multi level disc replacement in my neck. Other people having the same surgery would be off of work ( especially heavy factory work) for a number of months. Now, after the more than 3 year journey, I have lost tons of strength, have nearly constant headaches, can't sleep at night due to pain, and am still waiting for a good outcome. I can't help but wonder if I had been working with a different insurance provider would my outcome have been faster and had better results. As an employee, I do not get to choose who provides the work comp insurance, so I am stuck. GOOD LUCK.

      Working with ********************* at ********** is a joke. We had to send him the information he needed to start our claim. Why should us, the NOT at fault party have to provide you with information you should be trained how to do this and speak to our insurance for that information. At this time, we still are waiting for answers. Getting the run around, nothing has happened with our claim. It has been over 60 days.

      Paid $100.00 a month, for a $75,000 life insurance policy for 25 years and get a letter saying they are raising it to $440.00 a month. Call to cash it out and its worth $1,000. Rip off!!!

      Staff decided to give liability insurance when I had specifically told them we needed full coverage. The car is being financed through a bank therefore its automatic to have full coverage, I was in an accident and injured with a thoracic spine fracture. The only car we had and its totaled and Dairyland states they arent paying a **** thing. This company needs to be brought to justice!!! My family is struggling financially and now we cant go anywhere, work or live. Because Dairyland decided we didnt need full ******* coverage! This is ********! Why should our family be without because of one of their **** staff members!!! My phone call stating I needed full coverage is recorded and they even validated it to me! Now they arent paying ***!!

      I applied for insurance with at 209 dollars a month with all information given,then they changed my premium to 368 dollars a month saying i had an at fault accident i owned up to the at fault accident told them about it they demanded a letter of experince i gave them the letter of experience, they kept demanding the 368,i gave them all the information in the beginning when they agreed to the209 dollars a month,now they are trying to force me to pay 368 a month for simple, liability what bunch of crooks!

      Dairyland Insurance of Vicking Insurance Company of Wisconsin did not rightly evaluate the claim I submitted for damages done to my vehicle by one of their Insured: *******************************. First, I was given the run-a-round about who was at fault, even though I submitted photos that clearly shows without a doubt who was responsible for the crash; they they flatly rejected my claim.

      My experience with Dairyland has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been nearly two months since I filed a claim, and there's been zero progress toward resolution. To make matters worse, the coverage provided for my financed vehicle was completely incorrect. This mistake has left me in a dire situation, as I struggle to get to work and attend essential doctor's appointments every day without the means to repair or replace my vehicle. What's even more infuriating is the insurance company's blatant attempt to wash their hands of any liability for the claim. They are shirking responsibility and leaving me stranded in the midst of this ordeal. Overall, my experience with Dairyland has been utterly disappointing and disheartening. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless they enjoy being left in the lurch during times of need.

      I am being ignored & am being forced to deal with an attitude & I don't care service. I can not speak with a supervisor or superior because this person may or may not have advised the afore mentioned that they need to reach out to me . My vehicle sits damaged while they haven't done anything on there end procedurally now I'm left in limbo . I am frustrated & month into my vehicle claim I am still at square 1 and forced to deal what the lack luster customer service unprofessionalism.
