  In for service today and Jason and Jon great partners in keeping my Can Am Spyder F3 T in the best working condition. Adding Floor boards and belt rock guard for improved comfort and protection. Thank you **********

  ***** Sports did not honor the quoted price they gave me for the purchase of a 2024 ***** 4Trax. The sales *** quoted me a price. When I went to sign the paperwork the purchase agreement stated the dealers retail price $200 over the agreed upon amount. Further down on the purchase agreement they tried to deduct the $200 as a rebate. They sales person admitted to me and the owner/general manager **** *. that he did not state that the price he quoted me included the rebate. I insisted that they list' the dealer's retail price as the price quoted to me. They agreed to do that but then would not honor the ***** Rebate of $200. **** continues to state that their prices includes the rebate, but that is not what I was told. I would think that ***** Motor Sports would stand by the numbers quoted to me. I am very frustrrated and disappointed in the way this was handled.

  BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I took my ATV to the Green ************** Sports, which is actually in ******* just off of Hwy 41. I wanted to give my local businesses my business. I took my ATV there on Dec 12, 2022 because there was oil in the air box. 3 months later (Mid Feb. 2023) I finally received a call from them that my oil pump is bad, my ignition switch needs to be replaced, and my brakes needed to be bled. The quote they gave me for the repairs was approximately$1300. I gave them the "go-ahead" and a few weeks later I received another call from them that it was now going to cost me $3700 for the same repairs. I did not agree to this amount so I went to pick it up. No repairs were performed other than diagnosing the issues which costed me nearly $700 and them having my machine for 1/4 of the year. I was told that it would take 5 hrs to complete all repairs and at the cost of the parts,($263) plus the 5 hrs at $140 p/hr shop cost ($700) plus the already $700 that I just paid for diagnosis. The total was under $1700 which I would have paid for the repairs. I asked them where the extra $2000 came from that they quoted me and they said that they "quote high." I've never seen an extra $2000 quote on service such as this, so I located a dealer that would do the repairs for more along the lines of the $1700. On top of all of this ***'s Motor Sports drained my gas tank of the 2 gallons of premium gasoline. I understand them doing this to lighten the machine plus aid in diagnosis, so when I called them they admitted that this was a mistake by them, not filling it back up, and that they would give me a $25 credit. I stopped back up there and they said, they would NOT give me a credit and the ***** now said that if I wanted the gas I should load my machine back up and bring it to them to fill up the tank. What an extremely poor way to promote your business! I will now be buying my new UTV from somewhere else. Buyer beware!!! Not on the up and up!
