1 starI would never buy a vehicle from these people. They had an CRV 2022 that was listed for 23888. I knew that this was probably too good to be true but figured I would see if it was actually a real advertisement. Spoke with there automative system on Sunday and they sent me a picture with the same vehicle and vin that was 28000. Informed them that the one on there website states it was 23888. They called me and I was told that they still had it and that I would be able to test drive it. When I got there, they didn't have the vehicle and that they had a while one, but magically they couldn't find the white CRV and told me that they go fast even though I spoke with Manager Chris ********* and that I would be able to test drive it when I came in. Soo his amazing co-worker David tells me that the vehicle sold this morning to his co-worker's wife, I'm like are you serious. He then tells me that he has a white one that I could test drive but couldn't find it and tried to sell me a maroon CRV and I am like **** nooo. I told him that I don't appreciate being lied too or gaslighted. David informed me that no one lied to me. I said oh really well your boss did because he told me I could test drive the car and that it was waiting for me to test drive. I don't believe there was ever a car, and it was a way to bait and switch me to go there so they could try to get me to buy another vehicle. Chris is a weasel. He's narcissistic and a weasel. I went to ***** ** ********* ** **** ****** and they were amazing. No issues and no **.Review fromLinda V

1 starI'd give them zero stars if I could. From the moment I walked in, shady practices, deceit and lies. They had a sign over cracked windshield which I didn't see till driving off lot. Made me sign papers on laptop so I couldn't see what I was signing. Lied about sales price. Snuck in GAP insurance which I never approved (I told them I'd be paying loan off within a week or 2)...still waiting for that refund, and lifetime oil changes. They don't return calls. Steer clear! They should be shut down! Will never return and will make sure everyone I know won't either.Review fromSusann B

The worst experience Ive ever had. My better half is not able to be present due to legal issues, and I cannot afford the car by myself. Ive only had the car less than 30 days and put maybe 100 miles on it. I called days prior and asked if I could return the car back to the dealership. The manager said WI law is once you drive it off the lot you cant return it After some research, thats completely false. I took the car into the dealership and they tried to play dumb with me. First trying to get me to use ******, then telling me to contact the lender and say I surrender the car. They also said I wouldnt need her signature to do this. Thats also false as well, I do need her signature to surrender the car. I called yesterday to contact the Manager to let him know what was said, and I was hung up on. I called again today and was hung up on again. Beyond unprofessional, and I’m very disappointed with the entire experience. I’ll be contacting BBBWade P

Bought a 2014 jeep patriot for $9,700.12 on March 13,2024 got home and the Engine light came on. Called Salesman he requested that I return the truck on Monday. They kept the truck until May 4th. Upon picking up the truck another problem occurred and they kept the truck another day. Only to have other problems. Gave me a promissory note to fix the suspension. Im really Unsatisfied with this Truck and definitely want a Refund for the purchase and the money I was out for paying over $400 for insurance on the rental they provided. Which I could have paid that money towards my own insurance had the truck worked properly.Denese H

I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude from them on April 13,2024 drove home and the Engine Light came on. Took it back on the 15th and they kept it until May 2nd 2024. Gave it right back to them May 2nd and got it back on May 3, 2024. Took it back that Monday, Wednesday back again the following Monday and Saturday . The Engine light gave a code of P000B which says its the Crank Shaft (Timing Chain) they stated it was only the sensors. Then it was the caliper on the right front then the hose to the caliper then brake and Rotors. I heard a knocking noise coming from the rear so I took it to have an Estimate on the Suspension the Cost was ***** to ***** for control arm Struts stabilizer pins bushings and some other things. It seems like they fixed most things except for the Struts. When in fact they should have just fixed the struts instead of waiting not wanting to pay for it.Review fromEllenie H

1 starBought a used ford edge a week and a half ago, ran fine for the test drive then had issues within the first 10 mins on the drive home. Notified them and they said they would fix it. They paid for a rental and now are telling me it needs a new transmission and they will not fix it anymore because I didn’t get a warranty. Claimed at 86000 miles that they would’ve for sure got the warranty because it has “high” miles. Gave me the option to purchase another vehicle however doesn’t have more than 1 option for another ford edge. Claimed I am “extremely privileged” for this customer service even though they sold me a car with a bad trans saying nothing was wrong with it in the first place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to my dad for advice who then asked to talk to them. After he finished his phone call with them, I immediately got a call stating I do not need to bring my dad into this and if I have a problem, it should come from my own mouth.Review fromJohn H

1 starThis company claims they are doing calibrations on safety equipment like blind spot and smart cruise control. But they just pocket the money and tell you it's all good.Review fromAngelique T

2 starsI am completely dissatisfied with a used automobile and warranty we purchased from Wilde in August of 2023. The vehicle worked well for only 3 months before engine lights came on and the car was deemed inoperable. Some work was done to address the issue, but it was not fully repaired, as the same warning lights returned within days of picking up the vehicle. the car has been back in for "repair" for over 2 months. When you purchase a car AND a warranty, you expect one or the other to be of benefit to you. As of right now, neither of them are. We have owned the car for 6 months and only been able to dirve it for 3, NO SOLUTIONS.Review fromTracy S

1 starAwful experience! They lie and mess around all day just to sell you a car that will break down shortly after you buy it (this not only happened to me, but 2 family members, and 3 friends). Once it all goes bad, they can’t fix it. You’ll go in time and time again and they’ll make you pay each time! Also double check your paperwork. I’m convinced they kept “messing it up” and printed out like 5-6 different copies just to throw you off and screw you out of a warranty-ESPECIALLY FOR CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED! And the owner will take zero responsibility for the mistakes. You’ll spend way too much on a car that will cause you headaches, particularly the Honda vehicles. No customer service whatsoever.Review fromMike M

1 starLong story shortbought a used car with an extended warranty, a few months later heard a noise, was told car has major suspension problems and its unsafe to drive and their warranty doesnt cover it. Their solution was to get it fixed somewhere else cheaper. Dont buy from these crooks. Theres so many other options out there.
