    I bought a vehicle from the dealer 4/6/23. He said the vehicle had minor rust repairs dome to the frame but otherwise was in good shape. Said he had replaced the brakes but turns out he just spray painted them and said they were new. He also painted the rust underneath the car before I looked at it which covered the extent of the rust damage. Recently it had major drivability issues, I took it to a licensed ****** dealer and they said the frame is beyond saving and in no condition to being driven as the frame was very soft. They wouldnt even put it on the hydraulic lift as they were worried about it going through the frame. The frame also has waves in it due to the metal being soft. I contacted the dealer and he denied ever saying the brakes were new and it was good to go. Claimed that it was in great shape and the frame was in good shape when they had it, even though the frame rust was painted over before I looked at it. Then proceeded to say that rust can happen in a year and put the blame on me for not recognizing the issue earlier. I asked him to take the vehicle back as I owe 10k on it to the bank and it is effectively valueless as it is not safe to drive which he said no. I am completely upside down on it and have no recourse remaining. I feel as I have been duped and misled to the extent of the damage and rust.

    I Purchased an electric vehicle 9/26/23 returned vehicle 9/27/23 after noticing charger port and charger does not work for vehicle. Vehicle is useless if its unable to be charged. I took my Vehicle back to ********'s best Cars within less than 24 hours after purchase. Spoke with ***** and **** and was told I would get a refund after the car is sold. It has now been 6 days no contact and no money. I am now out of $4,000 and a car.

    Owner asked me to pay a $500 cash deposit to hold a vehicle on 04/20/21 while I applied for financing. I could not obtain financing so the vehicle was never purchased. Owner will not return my deposit despite multiple attempts. Claims to have no record of it. Attached is my contract with documentation of the monetary deposit. I would like to have my $500 refunded to me. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I never received a check from them. To confirm this I checked my bank statements for cashed checks. The business claims that their policy is that checks are mailed out to return deposits, however there is no documentation on their end that this was ever done. I would have gone into the physical location of the business to retrieve the deposit but I was out of the state for an extended period of time.

    Went to this dealership to buy a 2007 ****** outback from **** the car guy. within the first 2 day check engine light was on. took the car back to **** he had to keep it for over 6 weeks timing skipped. After he told me the timing and water pump and head gasket were replaced, picked the car back up from the dealership week number 7 mid to late may 2019 after picking up the car check engine light came on again. **** told me to drive the car and come back in a few days. while driving the car couldn't go over 50mph but dealt with the issue. took car back to **** the engine was shot coolant was everywhere and wouldn't stay running. This time he had the car until Dec 23 for the repairs. So not sure what to say or do at this point the paperwork was not done correct when we bought the car. the Odometer mileage wasn't right sold me a warranty I couldn't use. Plus he tried to get me to use the warranty company to fix the engine issues and they told us to take it back to **** it was his problem. we begged for **** to buy the car back and gives us our money but he said I will fix it. till this day the car still isn't fixed and we are still making payments. We need help
