I came to this store for orthotics and was told I could be on a payment plan. This was actually a credit card that was opened in my name which I did not approve. It is at 33% interest rate and I was not informed of this. The orthotics have not helped and have actually made things worse and while walking out I was told there&#**;s a no return policy. I do not want this credit card and I would like to bring the orthotics back.

Went in to see if they had anything to help my planters facaitis pain. The sales man promises the inserts work, they never mention that the sales are final. They then take your card and charge it before disclosing that all sales are final.

I went to The Good Feet Store on February 6, 2024 in ***********, *** because my feet hurt with new steel toe shoes. I was told to take my shoes off and step on a piece of paper with my socks on. The paper turned colors and supposedly gave foot measurements that said I needed 3 different arch supports and to wear them in a certain order for at least a month before my feet felt better. I wore the insoles for a month and went back to the store and asked for my money back because my feet and hurt worse than before and my doctor said I didn't need orthotic insoles. The employee said I didn't wear them right and had me step on the paper again and gave me different insoles. I wore this set and my feet were still in pain. On June 20, 2024, I went back again and ask for a refund and was told to step on a piece of paper and they would again give me different insoles to try. This is their answer each time. The advertisements and website says, " Good Feet Arch Supports can relieve foot, knee, hip, and back pain." This is false advertising. After wearing the arch supports for just a few hours my feet hurt so bad I can't walk without pain for the rest of the day. The pain lasts through the night and into the next day. The contract says there are no refunds. Just continual in store adjustments which means they keep giving different orthotics which cause more pain. The store does not provide a doctor's ******** The contract says "Good feet products are not intended as medical devices. Good Feet employees do not diagnose prescribe or treat medical conditions." When foot pain is present it is a medical condition. When a salesperson tells me my foot pain is from my arches then that is a diagnosis. An orthotic being sold to cure foot pain is intended to work as a medical device whether they call it that or not. I don't want another adjustment or more insoles. I want my money refunded. This product causes foot pain and does not work as advertised.

The Good Feet Store contacted me today, June 26th, 2024 and asked me to come in and see why my feet hurt wearing their insoles. I said I would come in if it was for a refund. They said I needed to come in to see if I am wearing the insoles correctly and to get another reading. I told them I don't want a 4th adjustment and more insoles. The manager said when I'm ready to talk I can come in but she would not say I would be refunded. I'm not comfortable going into a store and being told  it's my fault their product doesn't work and then being given more insoles to try.

I went to the *********** location in some desperate need of plantar fasciitis pain relief in March 2024.I had also seen a podiatrist and was given a steroid shot during the same time I visited The Shoe Store".My pain was relieved so I didn't know if it was the steroid shot or the inserts that helped me because I followed the exact directions given to me with changing out the inserts. Here we are 3 months later and I again am in some severe plantar fasciitis pain.I feel $2,400 was/is a waste of my money. I called the *********** location & talked with ******************************** suggested I go back in to get reevaluated. I do not feel like going thru this process again.I want to mail my inserts back to the company, stop getting billed & start seeing a specialist to help me with my pain.

Bought inserts in February 2024, went back about 3 times to get different inserts. The inserts they gave me hurt my back feet and knees. Told me I could wear any shoes I wanted with these inserts. They sold me three insert and I was suppose to wear all three in one day which I did. Than my back started to bother me and my knees which he said was normal for a month till I got used to them. Now Im going for therapy on my back and knee. My other foot also started to bother me and kept saying I will get used to the. Not happening its been 3-4 months now and I stopped wearing them for a week and feel much better . Big scam in my opinion , I guess when u go in there u are desperate like I was for some relief. Not sure how wearing 3 different inserts in a day can be good for your feet. Very dissatisfied.

On Thursday 5/23/2024 I visited The Good Feet Store at 1:15 pm at ***********************. We do a few test walks with different supports and after a few demonstrations he asks so how are paying for this today without showing me any prices. I told him I have an HSA card or Credit card. He then shows me the price sheet and gets dead silent on me which was intimidating. I was taken aback by the cost but still opted for the cheapest package. He offers me the option to pay over 18 mths no interest I at first said no Ill pay it all today. He proceeds behind the desk Im assuming for a credit card reader but again offers the ******************************************************************************************************************* to fill out so I do he goes into a back room comes out and says were going to throw in a couple pair of compression socks the Velcro tabs and some extra insoles. Throw in to me means complimentary as I did Not ask for these items and was not told I would be charged for them. Total comes out to $2305.97. I left the store feeling like I got played and wondering how I was supposed to make payments as he did not take my card info. I get home look at the paperwork and realize that he opened up a Care Credit account never informing me thats what he was doing when he went in the back room. I call Care credit they informed he signed me up for a credit line of $3000 thats when I realized I had been manipulated and that he charging up the card by throwing in the extras. He never once mentioned all sales final but it was on the paperwork he left in the box. I tried to contact the store by phone with my concerns and the manger would pretend she couldnt hear me then I went to the store and she called the police refusing to talk to me they suggested I contact corporate and told me they didnt understand why they were even called. In all this company lacks integrity, theres No transparency and they shamed me by calling the police.

This is regarding The Good Feet Store Tulsa I notice the company name is listed differently. I Went in for test fit February 23, 2024 I did not realize at the time the high pressure sales tactic that would be employed, I was really suffering from heel pain in my left foot, tried the inserts and they seemed to help for the two minutes I was allowed to use them in the store. Called back a few days later to tell them the inserts were causing me more pain than I originally had, now i had pain in both feet I tried their suggestions to no avail, pain got so bad I had to stop wearing the inserts. I asked for a refund they refused, I feel they took complete advantage of me with their high pressure sales tactics, and the product is a complete misrepresentation of what it can do, potentially causing foot damage to the user. They say they cant offer a refund because it is a medical device, if that is the case they are providing medical devices with no proven medical training or credentials. It is my opinion that they are taking advantage of un suspecting customers.

They did contact me once by phone that is when I told them the product was not working and causing more problems and pain than I originally had. I took off work and drove ******************************************** hand, **** (the original sales person) came to the front of the store when I arrived immediately wanted me to sit down so they could start pushing more of their junk product on me. I told him I was not interested in wasting any more of my time and money on an inserts that I have been told by Medical DR twice now are not going to work for me that I just wanted some kind of a refund. I asked **** again for a refund and he refused to discuss that, so left the store. As to their original contention that they have tried to contact me several times I believe that to be a lie, my contact information has not changed.

On March 13, 2024, I walked into The Good Feet store in ***************, ** hopeful for help with knee pain. ***** was my salesman, He brought me inserts. Encouraged me that the discomfort of them gets better and that they offer a lifetime refitting service. I was sitting at the front of the store and near the end of the fitting, ***** provided me with pricing and the application for financing. The finance paperwork was labeled with "***'s DIscount Furniture" on the top, which was a bit odd to me, but I didn't ask. When I asked ***** about the return policy, he kept saying "we won't let you get that far. We will offer insert adjustments until it works for you." And when AGAIN I asked about the return policy, he responded with a similar version of the above statement. After the financing was filled out, ***** brought my inserts to the store desk and in ending the transaction, quickly highlighted the statement on the bottom of the receipt that "all sales are final." This information was not provided to me until after the purchase was complete. The store does, in fact, have signage around the cashiers desk about the sales being final, but this signage is not readily visible to customers while trying on the inserts nor when filling out the financing paperwork. Also, when directly asked, the information wasn't readily given. I feel like I was taken advantage of. As a young, single woman walking into a store alone, I feel like I was recognized as easily manipulated and an easy sell. I feel like the sales tactics are vague and predatory. And I felt like I was misled into making a financed purchase of $2328.11. I have worn the inserts since March with only worsening pain. When I called the store to ask about their store-credit return policy, I was told that I could not simply return the inserts and use the store credit for other products that the store offers. I simply want out of this financial commitment that was made under misleading circumstances.

Background: Arrived 4:25pm on Wed, 4/24, with appt (told 45 minutes), expecting to spend ~$250 total on shoes with some gel arch inserts. Have a 5k on Saturday, and I've had slight foot pain occasionally when standing for long durations, and some light upper back pain, being recently treated by a chiropractor + massage. At the time: I was told that these inserts were a special patented product, with a "world renowned podiatrist" behind it, with results that I couldn't see anywhere else, that would change my life and protect me from all the foot, leg, hip, and back troubles, and that I was making a necessary investment in my future health.I have never felt so convinced that I was speaking to a qualified expert, then later see "[our] employees do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions."I have never felt so certain that I was receiving the gold standard in medical products, then later see "[our] products are not intended as medical devices".After 70 minutes and a barrage of information and test walks, my brain was fried. I remember reading, and re-reading, and re-reading the price sheet trying to figure out what I actually needed. I left with Order No QS151903, the Total Wellness bundle and accessories, for $3,264 at 5:45, ******* to get to my next appt. By 8pm I'd realized all the sales techniques that I'd once learned had been used on me. By midnight I'd read up on the company, the product, and the results most people actually saw, and was certain I'd been had. Attempted Resolution: The next day, at 11:25am, I returned with all items exactly as they'd been when I swiped my card. I left all items at the store with the Store Manager, who informed me that as a "medical wearable product" they *couldn't* do refunds. No. No. You have me do test walks with these shoes and these inserts, indoor/outdoor, but I walk out the front door after a killer sales pitch and they're unsafe for any human being to ever use again, and you won't refund me? No. No.

Date of Transaction: 04/06/24 The Scam outfit sold me inserts for my feet due to Plantar Fasciitis, which will never help my situation.
