The purchase took place on 1-10-22. My wife's and my **** was $3127.76 together. We went to the store on 1-18-22 to try and get a refund for the purchase. We were told rudely that they dont give refunds and all sales are final. After a week of using their product as advised we both started to have extreme leg pains and were not able to use stairs without hold the rail. Our knees had become unstable and walking was very painful. We spoke to our Dr. and he to return them and to stop wearing them.

Nov 22, came into the good feet store with my mom who recommended it. Ive had surgery on my foot and have had bad foot pain ever since. I told the sales representative, Megan *********** that Ive been dealing with this problem for a very long time and I work at Amazon 12 hour shifts and that money wasnt a problem as long as I get the relief Im actually looking for when it comes to my feet. She insists on Selling me every single product they had available and even ones that I didnt need. She sold me 4 orthotic insoles that she said would change and improve my arch whenever I never had problems with arches I had pressure point problems. One L3040 ArchSupport strengthener ($429.95) for work she said. Another L3040 Arch support Ultra 358 (relaxer)($399.95) which she said was for my flip flops or sandals. Another L3060 CLAN460 ($429.95) which is a rubber unleathered version of the Ultra 358. After wearing ONE OF FOUR insoles she sold me I realized I had no use for the other 3 and did not need them. I was happy with the shoes($170, but actually $139 on Amazon) and the $160 insoles cushions(pack of 3) but had no use for $1229 worth of insoles that I did not need. I work at Amazon and with peak season I wasnt able to get around to contact the business until after the holidays(still within my 30 day purchase) to explain to them I wanted to come up there and get a refund for 3 out of the 4 insoles that I bought and didnt need for over $1200. The sales representative said she wouldnt refund even though I havent used or worn the product and within 30 days from purchase which doesnt seem right to me. I just want a refund to resolve this and will happily give the product back I just feel very taken advantage of after purchasing and then going online and finding out that this business is borderline ponzu scheme that is literally thriving on manipulating people who ACTUALLY have foot problems or older elderly people who dont know better into buying shoes that cost 2k

I bought so-called orthotics at The Good Feet Store on 11/05/2021 because they guaranteed they could fit my feet with orthotics. The orthotics were outrageously high $518.01 but they were readily available and the orthotics felt good at the time. With their no refund policy I trusted the salesman when he guaranteed me he would fit me with the correct ones. I know, not smart! They said I have 90 days to find the right pair. After 30 days my feet are in worse shape than ever. Swelling and blue bruising and red round bruises on the bottoms of my feet from bruising my bones. I have plantar fasciitis and fat pad atrophy. On 12-1-21 I went in to get my 3rd pair. My feet were so sore and I asked for a refund but ******* said theyll be okay keep wearing them! *************************** was the first salesman. I wore the 3rd pair about an hour and have not put them on again because of the pain. Im 69 years old. I need my feet! I went to my general practitioner on 12-7-21 to get ex-rays of my feet so they can see the damage done and get a anti-inflammatory medicine for swelling. I want a refund of $518. On 12-01-21 I ordered new orthotics from ************** because they really work. My old ones from them are worn and I had to make appointment to get new ones and so I fell for this pitch at the store. My feet were so sore and they said they would make them work. After a month of wearing I have to stay off my feet. Have canceled events, and wearing a medical boot on my right foot just to get around my house. My new real orthotics cost $235 from Mercy. I should never fallen for their pitch but trusted them. They have a store front for years. I thought their orthotics might be better but very wrong and sorry I ever went in that store! If theyre a rip off how are they still in business? I dont want to see other people get ripped off like Im being done. They are real con artists playing on pain.

Date of Transaction: November 24th, 2021 Amount of money: $1,541.64 What the business committed to provide you: One year's warranty on 3 inserts-replaceable. I had gone back to the store to replace one of the inserts as it was peeling back from it's base. I received a replacement, but at that point I wanted a refund, but was told they had a No Refund Policy, and that I was told such.Nature of the dispute: I was never told by the sales clerk (*************************) of a No refund policy, although he claims to have told me that there is a No Refund Policy. He indicated that the No Refund Policy is on the receipt. However, being printed on the receipt hardly constitutes being told before hand, as you receive a receipt only after you have made the purchase. My Customer number is: **********. **********************************, ************ I am asking the Good Feet Store to refund me the price of the inserts. Had I been informed of a no refund policy I would have never purchased them.

On Thursday, 12/16/2021, I received a call from the *** and was told that they were willing to refund me the purchase price for two shoe-inserts (I purchased 3), as the third insert has been the one I have been wearing for over a week after I was asked if I had worn any of the inserts.

I agreed to the arrangement, drove to the store on Saturday, 12/18/2021, and received a refund of $954.00 for the two inserts. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

On 10/31/21 I visited the Good Feet store in *********, ** to see if they could help with foot, ankle and arch pain that I live with due to a previous bilateral ankle fracture injury. I explained my pain, as well as the injuries that led to the disfunction to the Good Feet associate. He then proceeded to tell me about an injury that he suffered to one of his legs, which established some amount of trust on my part. This was a mistake. Then the associate had me take off my shoes and step onto a piece of carbon paper. This gave him a 2 dimensional print of how your feet contact the ground. He then went into the back and came out with 4 sets of what he described as custom orthotics. These are not custom molded for each patient. They have a variety of sizes that they select for your kit. There was no verification that once the orthotics were installed in my shoes, that my gait or musculoskeletal *********************** was correct. Good Feet deceives people into believing that they are getting a custom fit orthotic product. I do not believe the 2 dimensional print taken of my feet can accurately allow for properly fit orthotics. After trying all 4 sets on in my shoes, I did express that they all felt uncomfortable. The associate indicated that is normal, and it will get better. He then told me that the 4 set kit with Elite Protection Plan cost $1,929.60 before tax. He never offered to sell a single set of the orthotics to try them out to see if they help, or any other lower cost alternative. Out of desperation, I decided to give these products a try. I have worn the 4-part system per the provided instructions for over 3 weeks. They are extremely uncomfortable and cause tingling, and numbness in my feet. I have tried them with a variety of shoes. In all situations, the lateral sides of my feet bulge the outsides of my shoes along the outside of my foot. I will be going to my doctor to get a medical assessment and a true set of custom orthotics.

I purchased the arch support from Good Feet Store on 9/24/21 based on good reviews on Yelp. I visited the store at ****** ** *****. I was fitted with an arch support and I was told that there is satisfaction guaranteed for the purchase. After coming home and trying the support for a couple of weeks I experienced discomfort and pain. I stopped using it and I called the sales representative at the Tustin store to inform him I need to bring it back.

I had broken my heel bone completely off few months before. A 6 month injury. I had heard from a co worker about this place and he said they might have something for me. I made an appointment and went in and explained my situation in detail. The medical boot was very painful so I went and got me a quality pair of lace up work boots. After telling the salesman my situation he had me go through their procedure of measuring etc he seemed very knowledgeable and we had some thing in common. He explained to me that this insert would take all of the pressure off my heel bone and allow it to heal quicker, and properly. That by taking the pressure off my heel it would relieve my pain as soon as I got used to them and help me heal faster. I was told my feet were out of line etc after he spilled his pitch to me he hit me with the price. I was taken back a little with the amount but he assured me it was about my health and that the package included follow up calls and readjustments as needed. It was a lifetime membership and that was part of the package deal. I was given instructions and went on my way feeling pretty good about my decision. I tried them as suggested although very painful I wore them. I went into the store and asked questions about it and they gave me Velcro and assured me it would get better. After a while it became so painful to wear them not only on my injured foot but the other also. I pretty much limped around like a cripple trying to get used to them on top of my injury problem. I eventually got to the point where I could not use them at all. There are no refunds which should have been my first clue it was a scam. There was not one phone call as promised to check on me. They saw me coming all the way played off my injury to make a sale. Very deceitful if you ask me. I was desperate for relief. Now I have a **** dollar set of plastic that did more harm than good and cant return. They should not deal with medical injuries. Scandalous at best.

On Sept 20 I got fitted for in-souls to help my heal pain. Two weeks later I went back with no re-leaf from my pain. I was given another set and still no re-leaf from pain. I was told no refund because this is a medical device. I don't see a medical device only shoe inserts.

I went to the store on tuesday 09/28 at 5pm and went through with a purchase of their product with guaranties that where false. I am not satisfied with there product AT ALL. I know by law I have 72hrs to cancel a contract w/o penalties ect... I went to return the product 10/1 at 10am and request for a refund and she refused to do so she was trying to force me to leave the store with the product by telling me I had no choice but to take the product with me as she proceeded to walk the product to the door where she set it on the ground I had to step over the product to exit while she continued to tell me I had no choice and would be reliable for the rest of the charges. I refused to take the product with me and walked out the door. I put 155$ down that day I would like that money back and to have the contract cancel.
