    After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, in December of 2022 regarding numerous phone calls from Adelman following my asking to not be called again, I am starting to receive the same harassing phone calls from Adelman Carpet Cleaners. I received a call on on 1/9/2023 at 4:41 pm and again today, 1/16/2023 at 1:48 pm. After the previous complaint regarding this same issue, I was under the impression that this situation was resolved, but apparently not. These harassing phone calls must stop. Has management spoke to the caller? I continue to maintain a block on these calls, but I still see the call attempts on caller ID. For the last time ADELMAN. STOP CALLING ME.

    On September 28th I had my carpets cleaned by Adelman. Cost was $265. + tax. That afternoon I called the cleaners to compliment them on how great my carpets looked. That evening we found $142.00 missing off our bedroom dresser and a stray necklace laying on the bedroom carpet floor. The next day I called to report that to Adelman cleaners. I was told **** was an excellent employee and never had a complaint against him. I have since made several calls to Adelman to pursue the matter with no return calls being made. I am very upset because this has never happened to me and I am a very trusting person. This money loss is devastating to me. My last message to them is that I want a reimbursement. I have no proof but my husband is very methodical and had the money on the dresser that AM and that evening we discovered the money was missing. The only person other than myself was **** in the house. I hope you can help me.

    We did receive a complaint from *************** and have spoken with her several times.  As mentioned the cleaning technician has a good history with Adelman and prior to this we have no reason to believe otherwise.  I do apologize if any calls have not been returned.  *************** has been speaking with ********** (MJ) who is out on personal leave.  ****** in our office will reach out.  We did ask *************** to file a police report as the next cause of action.  I am not sure the status of that.  We do take this matters very seriously and will continue to work with ****************

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I reject this response by Adelman.  The last 2-3 times that I called and asked for a return call - none was made.  They did not ask/advise me to file a police report.  **** stated if I CHOOSE to file a report, he would cooperate.  I take this matter very seriously as well.  All I am asking for is a reasonable and agreeable resolution to this terrible situation. The fact is the money disappeared the day ****'s employee was here. No one else was here that day!  This is so upsetting to me. Besides the money missing, there also was a stray necklace laying in the middle of our bedroom floor.  I wish for Adelman to make this right and just and then put this horrible experience to rest.  Just a last note, we have had numerous work done in the past to the interior of our home and NEVER had an issue or problem.

    Our office manager ****** did contact *************** yesterday afternoon to explain the next cause of action is to file a police report.  We will, of course cooperate to the fullest with the police and look forward to resolving the matter.
