They came out in the spring of 2023 to start my sprinkler system. when they left i was told all is good to go. they did not set any of the sprinkler head so some of them were watering the road, the driveway, ect. zone 5 did not work at all. he replaced the back flow preventer and within a few days it broke and water was shooting 10 feet up in the back yard. i called and asked them to come back out and fix the back flow preventer. i glued it to make it work until they got there and was told that i broke it. I asked the tech when he was there about zone 5 and he told me he forgot to tell me it wasn't working before he left last time. this should have been fixed when he did the startup. i asked if he could fix it as long as he was already there. he spent several hours looking at it to only tell me he could not fix it. he did not tell me what was wrong with it as he did not know. i get a bill from them for $508.25 that i pay. i then get a bill for a little over $400. i called them to ask what this is for and i am told that it is for replacing 3 sprinkler heads, back flow preventer and to fix zone 5. i told them that he didnt replace any sprinklers, the back flow preventer was just put in by them and should be relaced at no charge, and that he did not fix zone 5. (after the tech left i fixed zone 5 in under 1/2 hour) i was then told that i broke the back flow preventer (I did not) and that the charges are for diagnosis. as i said before he did not tell me what was wrong because he did not know. i tried to resolve this by offing to pay for a trip charge and 1 hour of labor and was that i had to pay the entire amount. i have called several times and tried to get this taken care of i a fair way for both parties and basically get a big middle finger from them. they have now sent me to collections without trying to work with me. i would like them to take me out of collections and except a fair payment from me
