            Ordered a service dog vest for a client according to their size specifications. The smallest girth is listed at 25 inches and the dog is 25 inches. The client wanted Velcro patches so got service dog and my logo with Velcro and Velcro on vest. They refuse to exchange the vest because of the logo patch saying its personalized. Its Velcro and was not sewn on.

            If I could choose zero stars, I would! These straps arrived 2 different lengths, when I took the stakes out one of the orange plastic pieces came off & I pounded the stakes in the ground. My puppies ran through the tunnel 2 times and the stakes came out!!!!! I was told to put the strap past the first tunnel ring......one of the straps was not going to close, it was 4" too short!!! It was defective upon arrival and I contacted them immediately! They refuse to pay for the return shipping for their defective product but if you want them to keep your money they will pay for the return shipping. Horrible customer service, waste of my time & waste of money! I will never buy anything from them ever again and will be sure to tell everyone else!! Their product is not only defective but DANGEROUS!!!!
