    I'll elaborate on this below, but the tl;dr is that I cannot overstate how incredible CCM was to work with - they are peerless in their knowledge & expertise of the industry. Now the story - We were juggling buying & selling and had everything lined up, until the buyer of our home nuked the deal two weeks before closing was scheduled. I emailed Cream City Mortgage on the Saturday I found out the sale fell through, and Gustavo called me within 30 minutes to discuss our situation & outlook. He was upfront & blunt (in a good way) about our prospects and immediately set the process of recalibrating our options into motion. Fast forward to closing day on the new home, and Gustavo was able to facilitate securing a HELOC loan for the down payment and a mortgage through an alternate financial institution - our original lender backed out upon finding out we wouldn't have the proceeds from our existing home available to close on the new one, further complicating matters. He was on top of what we needed to get done and when it needed to happen. Seriously, so many complications and moving parts and he didn't miss a beat. It's not an exaggeration to say we wouldn't be in our new home without Gustavo & Cream City Mortgage. Anyone who has gone through the buying/selling process knows that two weeks to pull off everything that we needed to get done is nearly impossible, and until partnering with CCM I would have said the same. Instead, we were treated to a masterclass of customer service and what it looks like to be the best at what you do. We will be forever grateful to Gustavo and Cream City Mortgage - If you plan on buying a new home, give them a shot and I guarantee you'll feel the same when all is said and done.
