I give Serenity roofing an A+. They are professional, friendly, prompt and communicate very well. I would definitely recommend them. Their pricing was much cheaper than their competitors. They got the job done quickly and our roofs look great! Thanks again Nick.

I would highly recommend Serenity Concepts when looking to make home improvements. Mother Nature's fury prompted me to contact them regarding hail damage to both my house and garage...and I am so happy that I did! After residing in my home for 26+ years, I felt it was time to make some upgrades in addition to the repairs. I have to admit that I was extremely nervous about the entire process, but Nicholas walked me through each step, stayed in contact with me from start to finish, and helped calm those nerves. Just like their slogan, Serenity Concepts provided me with new roofing, siding, windows, and more (gutters). I didn't need a deck, but I am sure it would have turned out beautifully if I did. The roofing was done so quickly that I didn't even have the opportunity to learn all of the workers' names. The rest of the work was completed primarily by Caleb and Sam. Caleb's knowledge and expertise was apparent from the beginning, as was his attention to detail. Both of them took the time, no matter how busy, to answer my questions and understand exactly what I envisioned the final outcome to be. They needed to be pulled off of the job until another contractor finished a different project at my house, but when they were able to return, they picked up right where they left off. I greatly appreciate the company's patience with me when timelines were out of my control. The Serenity Concepts team has given me a "brand new" home, and in my opinion, the nicest one on the block. Joe and AJ did an outstanding job in replacing our decks and porch. Everything is perfect to our specifications and sturdily built. Joe is a master at carpentry, and AJ is an ambitious assistant. Both men are assets to the company. Nicholas was very helpful at keeping us apprised as the timetable for the project progressed. We will be contracting with Serenity Concepts should future projects be required. We feel fortunate to know that this company can be trusted to deliver quality workmanship at a competitive price. I had a great experience with Shawn and his crew. They helped me out with a very unique problem of installing a frieze board between existing stone, and aluminum soffit. Moreover he worked with me on the gutters and gutters guards. What impressed me the most is Shawn's ability to listen to the customer and work together to solve problems. His crew was great with my kids and my dog as well. Highly recommended for phases of the project.Serenity Concepts

Outstanding company and employees!!!! Caleb and Jen completed our job in about a week and a half, almost singlehandedly. Caleb has the skillset and Jen has the ability to assist him as needed as well as being productive herself. A good team, 8am until the days expectations were met and everything was picked up. Very easy to communicate with both. They were receptive to our inquiries and requests. Robert and Caleb II were also assisting occasionally and seemed to be experienced carpenters. The companies salesman and social director, Nicholas, wrote up our estimate and kept us apprised of when the job would begin, on a weekly basis. He also oversaw the work and met with us afterward to insure satisfaction. The business owner, Shaun, also stopped by occasionally. We're very pleased with the final siding project, materials and workmanship. We can't recommend them enough.
