    On 8/21 I contacted Melz regarding detailing work to be done on my truck. Through conversation we agreed on a time/date for him to come to the house to do the work (8/26). I made the mistake of buying a “gift card” from him via Venmo before he did any of the work. He showed up and began to buff the scratches out of my truck. After 2 hours he messaged me to let me know that my interior was NOT a basic interior clean and needed much more. He left and said he was going to get a larger truck to come back and finish. Through conversation I offered to make up the difference by paying him more if it was more work - he said I didn’t need to do that and instead offered me a refund for the inconvenience. We rescheduled the interior clean for 8/27. Since he left he has not returned nor has he refunded my money. On 8/27, 3 hours after he was to be here, I requested that my Interior service be canceled and asked for a refund via venmo or cashiers check. He said he would drop off the cash at 10am on 8/28. He has not done so. I am not even asking for a full refund - he can keep what it cost for the 2 hours to buff out the scratches. I am very disappointed that someone would take advantage of another person like this.

    If I could give this guy zero stars, I would. On June 9th, I contacted Dave G******* (owner/operator) to have my truck detailed before I drove my wife and Mom to South Dakota to visit with family. We scheduled the detail for June 26th at 8:30am and prepaid through Venmo for which we received a 20% discount. The day came and it was around 8:48am when I texted Dave and asked him if he was running late. He responded with "for what" and "who is this". I explained that we prepaid and scheduled the detail 3 weeks ago to which he says that he got a new phone, and the appointment must not have transferred. He said he was sorry, and he was about a half an hour away and would be to our home soon. At 9:29 he texts me again and tells me that he just got two flat tires and is stuck on the interstate waiting for a tow truck. He also stated that he could either reschedule for the next day or refund my money. I asked him to reschedule for the next day and he said that he would arrive the next morning at 8am and that he felt so bad about the way things went that he would throw in a little extra something for the inconvenience. The next morning came and receive a text at 6:15am telling me that he couldn't get two tires and as soon as he can get a ride to the bank that he would refund our money. Since then, I have texted him on 4 separate occasions asking him to refund our money and still no response. All I want is the full amount of money refunded to us $248.00.
