      Pathetic customer service. After being kept up for hours night before, talked with pseudo manager Peter who looked like he'd slept in his uniform shirt and hadn't shaved in weeks. He said that he was not responsible for others behavior! 500/night and not responsible! This is a terrible resort! Don't believe the advertisements.

      As will most people, they have funds pending that they have yet to refund. Stayed 7/11-7/13, the incidental charge was so he released. I called 7/24 and was given a case number and told it can take 7-10 business for the funds to release. That would have been 7/26. As of today, 7/29, the funds have not been released. I have a case number, called 4 times and they keep transferring with no assistance!

      After taking my grandchildren to GWL in Wis. Dells since 2008, we just returned after a 4 day visit. First I have an email showing my balance due amount. However, when we arrived I was told that we also (not on the final balance email) had to pay $15 per night, per car(4) to park there!!! Unbelievable!! Charge the one day guests not the people spending thousands to stay there!! It only got worse when I was told I also had to give a security deposit of $100 per night per reservation. I had 2 reservation, a condo and a suite!!! Than the kid (child) at the counter said to swipe my card again because it did not go through!! It went through 3 TIMES!!! No one at the front counter had a clue what they were doing!!!!! They maxed out my credit card with these extra untold charges and put me in a bind for food for my grandkids!!! The place has net been updated and the tables and carpets in the room were disgusting!!!!! I will never take my grandkids thee again!!! 3 nights ended up costing me $5000!! I can rent a house on a beach for a week for that price!! I can see why the place was not crowded!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

      The facility is outdated, customer service needs to be addressed and privacy practices are concerning. I checked in Tuesday 7/23/24 and checking out on 7/25/24. This morning while in the guests vendor/ice area I opened a closet thinking I would find plastic ware instead I found a closet full of boxes with financials and accounting receipts etc. being stored. Surprisingly they have a privacy statement that they do not abide by. This is concerning and disheartening to know that the privacy and security measures are not up to par and my information is not safe! I brought this to the attention of the director of customer service and was brushed off. I asked to speak with Allen the general manager and was given his card instead. This is my second time staying at a Great Wolf Lodge, first time at this one and the last at ALL. Very distasteful and concerning. I am asking for a refund as compensation to this issue.

      Horrible experience! We were charged $595 for a meal package that we didnt purchase. Also charged for an extra waterpark ticket. When I contacted them, they werent willing to give us a refund or credit despite proof. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service.

      This is our 3rd time and would be our last time going to GWL. We stayed for 4 nights, spent over a thousand dollars. Right upon checking into our room I noticed red stains on the floor as well as the walls, crumbs on the floor and when I took off my sandals the floors felt sticky and disgusting. I contacted house keeping through there app. They came and cleaned up while we went to the water park. Thursday night when were finally home, I noticed my daughter itching her head so much. I take a look.. and she contracted lice from our room. I checked all of our heads and sure enough lice. Never in my life of 30 years I had lice before, until our stay at GWL. My husband and I had to take the remaining week off of work to make sure this doesnt spread. We spent over a hundred dollars just on lice sprays and treatments. I am waiting for someone to call me back with full compensation. Not only did we contract lice from our room but now we have to miss out on more money being off of work when we already took vacation days to be there. My daughter has been up all night crying and we cant sleep. Spending hours brushing out little microscopic lice and eggs. Thank god we caught it in time before it got worse. This would be our last time returning to the lodge. Not only that but they changed so many things not listed when you make reservations.

      On my recent trip, GWL, charged my credit card, extra $1052.00 and my bank approved!!! Great wolf lodge is not offering any suggestions, it might be ************ but Im never returning to GWL, internet is terrible on back side too. In the past 10 visits, they have been very helpful. This extra charge, ruined my vacation, could not spend any money for 4 days. Ruined my Grandson 7th birthday for me!!!

      I am on here to leave a review on my recent trip to wolf lodge. I would like to warn the people who are thinning of booking a stay with them. Dont. If you have to get a hotel somewhere close by but dont stay here. The room when I first got there was decent and looked clean now once I took my socks off there was crumbs and my feet were semi dirty by the end of night. Also the night before we were leaving I noticed my daughter had some red bumps by her armpit/ under arm. Turns out it was bed bug bites. I let the front desk know and they referred me to the aquatics who in the end did nothing but take my complaint. Very disappointing experience

      I would leave a negative if I could stayed here for one night, the tub in room was filthy (looked like ***** hairs), the pillows all had hair on them, and worst of all the top sheet of one bed had blood on it I tried contacting front desk for hours; I had a 3 year old and a 7 year old so I couldnt go to desk because by the time I noticed it was already 9pm. I had gone to WATERPARK so didnt notice any of this until it was time to clean up and go bed. Every call I made was put into a computer automated answering system. I complained next morning at front desk and they assured me they would credit for room; they did not. Needless to say I had to strip bed to sleep because who wanted to sleep on dirty sheets. Also had to clean the shower myself. Disgusting and thoroughly disappointed especially when the amount of money is outrageous to stay here.

      Charging a resort fee then implementing a parking fee per day is just ridiculous. The locations are literally in the middle of nowhere forcing people to pay to park. This next stay will definitely be my last. There are plenty of resorts that dont charge a parking fee.
