These people are opportunistic criminal scumbags. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE VIDEO if you come to ***************** and end up with the misfortune of interacting with these assclowns. Unfortunately many will come to these reviews after the fact. This business and the ************************* and ****** that run this business are known in this area for their tendency for illegally doubling, tripling if not more, the fee they demand for vehicles they tow and/or "legally" steal, via their collusion with the *********************************, (saw another person comment "the police seem to have a friendly relationship with them" - ohh yes. Yes they do.) from both residents and out-of-towners alike. There is refusal to provide any invoicing and also refusal of anything but cash, so gosh, I wonder if tax fraud is also part of the equation. **** *** ***** did it to me, demanding $300 literally 20 minutes after my vehicle was towed roughly 2 miles. ***** the legal rate stipulated in State of ********* code. I must have interacted with this winner on a good day, sad as that is to say, compared to others' stories of being egregiously raked over the coals in their fraudulent overcharging by these pukes. Of course I don't have video of the interaction nor was I planning for that necessity, these types of people in ********* fortunately are the exception not the norm - but I am finding that the commentary, and experiences of others in this community to be similar if not generally the same in nature, they are well known for their awful or utterly nonexistent customer service, incredibly rude expletive laced belligerent nature (even worse when drunk, don't call late in the day), and scummy, frequently outright illegal business practices. As is usually the case, the reviews on this page are undoubtedly one SMALL FRACTION of *actual* 100% negative interactions many others have experienced with these ********* over the years. ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS WOULD'VE BEEN GIVEN, BUT WAS NOT AN OPTION IN ORDER TO POST.
