      On 11/27/22 I purchased tickets to the ************************* show which was scheduled for 12/9/22. The total of the purchase was $182.80. On December 7 I received a phone call from The Palace (a human being not an automated call) reminding me about arrival time, will call pick up and parking. On December 9 I received an email indicating the concert was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances". On December 19 I received an email indicating that The Palace had closed its doors. There was a link for refund information. I called the phone number (I don't have that date) as my situation wasn't that I had a future concert that needed to be refunded but a concert that was canceled before the business closed so I wasn't sure if a refund was already in process. I left a voice mail and received no reply. On 12/31/22 I did send an email and received an automated reply indicating they were processing refunds and had an exchange program in place with other theaters. Refunds would take ************************************************************************************************************************ situations similar to mine.

      Bought a gift certificate for The Palace Theatre in ***************. I applied for a refund in December 2022 as directed on their website after they closed. I sent them the requested documents but I have not received my refund and when I follow up, all I get is a standard "form letter" type of reply to wait 30 days. I have often attended and loved their shows and dinners, and the people there were great, but now I'm getting worried that the theatre has new owners and I won't receive my money. They owe me $80.67.

      I purchased my mother a gift certificates for Senior Citizen admissions to a show at the Palace Theatre. Before she was able to use them, the theatre went out of business. Their phone does not get answered and I did not get a response a letter I sent to the company. I am out $58.01 and would appreciate a refund. For a business owner who started every dinner speaking about his belief in God and having everyone say a prayer, this guy has certainly not treated his customers in a respectful manner. This is unacceptable.

      WE BOUGHT TICKETS IN SEPTENBER 2022 FOR THE ************************* SHOW AT THE PALACE THEATER ON DEC 9th 2022. before we could see the show the palace closed up and they said we would get a refund of $310.90. this was in DEC 2022. In JANUARY 2023 WE EEMAILED THEM ABOUT MY REFUND. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE COMING. Ith23 AN NO REFUND. WE NEED THE $310.90 thank you *************************** ************ ******************

      We purchased a gift certificate for shows at the Palace Theater for $137.68 on August 7th 2022. We received a notice that they closed and to apply for refund. We sent in the request and have only received form email responses when we ask for updates on when we can expect our money returned. We would appreciate it if you could help us receive our refund.
