Made a purchase May 12th, 2025 shipments were delivered to the wrong address, I have coordinated with all parties and am denied a solution, I have tried mediating for all parties and I am done waiting. Fitment industries staff is very friendly however they are not helpful. They are saying they were delivered to the correct address and were left at a garage. However I do not have a garage, they are town homes, I have attatched images below. I even have my address written on my window so delivery drivers know which home is mine. In conclusion they arent willing to refund me and the package was never delivered to the correct address, and all three parties Katapult, Fitment industries, and ***** are unwilling to provide a resolution. Again, I have mediated enough and tired of them playing games with me acting like I am inept, this is my last resort, thank you.Business Response

This complaint presents some false information as the original order was placed on 3/8/25. The customer was informed on 3/15 of a late ***** restocking date but this unfortunately has been pushed back consistently by the manufacturer. Ordered Dec 30, 2024 Purchase cost: $1152.12 Powder coat: $300 Tire mount/balance: $89 Tire re-balance: $20 Road Force readouts: $56 Tire dismount: $71 After one wheel being out of round following immediate vibration after install and rebalance by a local shop, I contacted Fitment Industries about submitting a warranty claim on the defective wheel. The customer service department came back with recommendations to use a reputable tire company, which I did in the form of Discount Tire. They also stated to attempt rotating the tire on the wheel to better match the balance. To accomplish this, I decided to get all of the wheels/tires Road Force balanced at another local shop, ******* Tire, with a Road Force machine. The technician at ******* Tire informed me that all four wheels were out of round and they would not even attempt to balance them. They shared the Road Force readouts and provided a recommendation to submit a warranty claim for all four wheels, not just one. This is when I again contacted Fitment Industries and conveyed my desire to submit a wheel warranty claim. I took the advice of a reputable tire shop here in ******** and there was obviously an issue with the wheel/tire setup, as my car had zero vibrations prior to install. In total, the wheels/tires were on the car less than 200 miles. I had to provide photos and readouts for the claim, then shipped the wheels to Neuspeed, the wheel manufacturer. Upon arrival at their warehouse, one wheel was damaged during shipment but Neuspeed is claiming I damaged the wheel and along with another wheel that had a flat spot. I provided photos prior to shipping and received advice from a wheel/tire professional. I am out nearly $1700 after everything involved and would like resolution. Fitment Industries is not even offering to ship the wheels I purchased back to me.Business Response

There is a bit of a misleading information regarding this complaint. These wheels have been subject to impact damage which can be found in the attached picture. These wheels were delivered on 1/8/25 and we were not made aware of any claimed issues until 3/20/25. We worked with both the manufacturer and customer to return the wheels for inspection and the manufacturer, who provides warranty coverage, found two wheels to be perfectly fine, with no issues of balancing and two others that were out of balance due to impact damage. This is damage that does not suddenly occur and is often caused by road hazards, such as potholes or debris. Road hazard damage is not covered under any warranty hence the warranty being denied. We have offered to return the wheels to the customer granted the cost of shipping is covered as we have covered the costs to send in for inspection. No replacements are due based on the findings by the manufacturer. We are again, more than happy to return said wheels but ask that the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.Customer Answer

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There is no misleading information contained in my complaint and I contest that the damage occurred to the wheel while en route to the manufacturer in ********** from my residence in ********. I had to take photographs of each wheel prior to shipment and there is even data associated with each photo to determine the date they were taken, which shows zero visible defects. The wheels were causing an extreme vibration on my vehicle and they were only on the car for less than one tank of gas, or approximately 250 miles. Also, regarding the date of wheel delivery to filing the complaint, these wheels were delivered during winter in ********. I do not drive this vehicle in the winter when the roads are salted and also work during the week, so had to wait until a free weekend with good weather to get the tires mounted. And this was after sending the wheels to get power coated a matching color, as I was sold three wheels in bronze and one in black, so they did not match upon delivery. So yes, there was a delay getting them on my vehicle due to winter, work and power coat timelines.
I assert that there was no damage to the wheels when shipped from my home and have photos to prove it. Additionally, the wheel professional here in ******** that determined the wheels were out of round due to manufacturing defects has offered to support my claim. This shop, ******* Tire in ***********, ********, used their Road Force machine to attempt balancing the wheels/tires and could not perform the work due to how out of round the wheels showed on their machine. They provided me photos of the read outs and offered to speak with the manufacturer or company that sold me the wheels on my behalf. This has not taken place and I keep getting accused of misleading those involved with selling me these wheels.
I am frustrated on the multiple claims of being untruthful with this situation. I would be happy with replacement wheels for the two that were determined defective by the manufacturer, and return the other two that were deemed within tolerances. However, and coincidentally, the wheels have been discontinued and are no longer available. I feel that the manufacturer knew that these wheels were defective and why they only had a few remaining in stock vice a complete set. Also, I should not be held responsible for shipping wheels back to my residence, especially after one was so severely damaged while being shipped to the manufacturer in the first place.

We would be happy to review the photos that are claimed to have been available prior to shipping wheels to confirm that the damage is from shipping. The only photos that we currently have been supplied with are with the tires still mounted and are not incredibly clear which could hide the bend in the one wheel. As for the flat spot in the other wheel, this again, would be related to impact damage. This is reasonable and safe to assume based on the balance reports stating the wheels will not balance and the findings of the manufacturer. I ordered a full set of wheels and tires from Comstom Offsets they used a logistics company called ************* is located at ***********************************************, which is about 30 min away from my house. I've been going back and fourth with both XPO logistics as well as Custom Offsets concerning my order *******, tracking number *********, for over a week and cannot gain a day of delivery?I either want my order undamaged and delivered or I want a full refund.Buyer Beware, I will never due business with Custom Offsets again due to their horrible customer service, they are the ones that should be fighting for me their customer to assure that I recive my order undamaged and on time and they are not.Furthermore I'd never recommend them to anyone ever......Business Response

I have engaged in three separate conversations with female supervisors who assured me that a resolution would be found. Despite never experiencing any issues with this vendor and consistently being satisfied with their service, I encountered a problem after purchasing tires and wheels from them. They had persuaded me to purchase their set of tires, which offered an affordable warranty and included wheel selection assistance. Over the past three months, I had been making tire selections with their assistance, and they had assured me that the 35 by 12:50 and 22 x 10 wheels would fit my vehicle upon installation. However, upon receiving and installing the wheels, I discovered that they did not fit. I promptly contacted the vendor multiple times and presented them with evidence to support my claim.During one of these conversations, a female supervisor informed me that she would reimburse me for the cost of the tires I had purchased for my truck. However, she later recanted her statement and transferred me to another representative. Subsequently, I have been left in a state of limbo without any resolution.Furthermore, I am currently undergoing cardio rehabilitation due to a severe allergic reaction to an allergy shot that lasted for two and a half weeks. Three weeks into my treatment, I am experiencing difficulties in communicating due to complications from severe anaphylaxis, which I had experienced while hospitalized.Upon reviewing the wheels, I noticed several issues, including a ceramic coat, drips, and damages, as well as wheel imperfections.Business Response

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewedI reached out multiple times for help to purchase these tires and wheels and I asked him multiple times to help me in the insured me that these wheels and tires of 35 x 12 50 and 22 x 10 will fit my truck with minor trimming not only theres a lot of trimming now and also it rubs left to right and they do not fit and they were on a lift and I emailed them and reached out to him multiple times after which the lady told me that they could reimburse me for all the modifications that I made to the truck now theyre saying one thing and now theyre backtracking and tell me something different. I never had these issues with this company And the lady told me she would call me back and Ive never heard anything back from them and in the meantime on my truck was on the lift I was in and out the hospital And I just got out and they promised me that these tires and wheels would fit and Ive been contacting him for months to help

Wheels took 3x longer to get here than originally quoted. They finally come and they are missing all the lug nuts, adapters and center caps. Cannot get a hold of any live person at this company. No one has an answer on why its missing pieces and where they are. Now my truck is in pieces and no one has an answer after waiting 3 months. My truck is in a thousand pieces and now I am paying to put it all back together since I cannot get an answer from anyone at this company. I sent my own label because the manufacturer told me you guys did not respond to him after several attempts about him trying to get a label from you. Attached are the invoices totaling $1053.05 to get them shipped to me after taking my own time out of my day to make sure you guys did your job correctly. Also, there was only 35 PSI in each tire upon arrival (they require a minimum of 60 PSI). There is also no weights or balance beads in 4 of the tires. It rides terrible. Original attached invoice shows wheel balancing and balance beads included. Now I have to take it to another tire shop and have them all balanced which I paid you for already and you did not do. Please expect another bill from me for that.

Vendor is far behind the due date for delivery and has refused to do anything to expedite the delivery. I'm not under contract with the shipping company, only Custom Offsets are, they should have leaned into their Shipper to deliver it over the weekend when I offered to extend their delivery date. For some reason they incapable of this simple task. 0/10 would recommend doing business with them. Order was placed with a shipping delivery date of 3/13. On 3/14 they informed me they where behind schedule and without updating me via email or via their online account now wanted to set delivery for 3/20. I and to call them and their 3rd party for this information, they made no attempt to let me know they were going to be late. As this was not even remotely acceptable of a delay I offered to extend their delivery window to 3/17. No efforts where made to make this happen, and they are still asking for a 3/20 delivery date. While they are happy to dump the blame for the late delivery on their 3rd part shipper, they have zero interest/ability in getting them to adjust to a more realistic delivery window.

I purchased a rim and tire package from company including wheel locks and ceramic coating on 1/26/2023 in the total amount of $2,072.31. Expected delivery was 2/13/2023, actually delivery wasn't until 5/22/2023. I ordered the wheels early on as other business stated that they didn't have these wheels in stock and because I previously ordered wheels for another personal vehicle of mine from custom offsets as well as referred friends and coworkers I used them again to purchase rims for me classic truck. My classic truck was put in the bodyshop to have a full body and paint restoration which took longer than expected. I received my wheels and left them in the original package in my basement as to not have them get dirty or damaged, upon opening in October of 2024 to have the paint color matched up to do airbrushing on my truck to match the wheels I noticed that the lip of that particular wheel was damaged from when the tire was mounted onto the rim. I contacted the company via email which they responded to send pics and check the other wheels, upon opening the other wheels another wheel was damaged as well as 2 wheel weights had fallen off the other wheel as well. This company says they have a quality control inspection, orders sent out in perfect condition, but 2 off my wheels were noticeable damaged, packaged and sent out anyway. But due to their policy they will not honor a resolution other than me trying to resell them on marketplace which would be less money and the wheels have not been installed on vehicle. I spent $257.50 to have a mobile company repair and I want to be reimbursed and I have to spend another $20 to have the wheel that 2 wheel weights fell off in the packaging rebalanced as well. If they preform a so called quality inspection before shipping orders that is supposed to be sent in perfect condition my wheels should have not been packaged and sent out in this condition after spending $2,072.31 and waiting 5 months to receive my order.Business Response

We ask that all customers inspect their packages upon arrival and do ask that all product is inspected prior to the carrier leaving the delivery so that any possible damage related to shipping can be logged. The order was delivered on 5/22/23 due to the fact that these wheels were knowingly ordered while being on a backorder, meaning that it was agreed to wait out the backorder to secure a set of these wheels. Despite the delivery being in May of 2023, we were not informed of any damage/issues until 10/23/24. At this time, we were informed of one wheel having damage and we again, asked the customer to inspect the entire package. However, this was not followed up upon until 3/6/25 and due to extremely long timeline of this matter, we are unable to provide further assistance. I understand the time is was delivered as I was not there when the package was delivered. The simple fact of the matter is when some one pays over $2000 for a product it should have left your place of business damaged in the first place. I stated the dates on there because after waiting that amount of time to receive them who wants to spend that type of money to receive a damaged product and there is no way that whoever packaged them or so called do your quality inspections would not have seen that but you all proceeded to sent out damaged product after I spent my hard earned money for something that should be in perfect condition upon purchasing. Not matter the time frame, I ordered plenty of parts to have ahead of time for my restoration project to have on hand when it was complete, everything else was in perfect shape which as it should when someone spends there money. I should not have to pay extra money to have brand new wheels repaired that as well as getting on rebalanced because of poor craftsmanship at your location. I also see on Yelp that there are plenty other complaints about the same issue with damaged wheels, improper balancing, poor customer service after customers send thousands of dollars to receive damaged product. All I am asking is for my money back that I spent for the repair which I should have had to do. Regardless of the 30 day policy or not and having to wait the rims SHOULD HAVE NOT been shipped out damaged and you all would have had to replace them or exchange regardless which that would have costed more than just taking accountability and refunding what I had to pay extra to have new wheels repair as well as having one balanced which I paid you all to do already

was sent this wheel with a set of four and one of the four is missing the paint as you can see in photo spoke on the phone prior to installing, and was told that they would replace it regardless if it was installed or not the company is trying to make me pay for the shipping of a new wheel that I would be paying for due to this wheel missing paint they would discount the new wheel and credit the old wheel once returned or keep for a spare and pay full price plus shipping of a new wheel I feel this is absurd and wrong as not one person orders 3 wheels all 4 have to match or the entire sale is worthless to have 3 rims match and have a 4th not even the same color in the event I cant find this wheel anywhere else my entire investment in these wheels is gone I cant sell them to regain the cost if they do not match nor can I get a reasonable solution they should cover shipping of a new wheel and credit the amount of the defective wheel as I paid for a wheel that matched the othersBusiness Response
