I ordered some parks from Stocktee December 2 their shipping says 5 to 15 days. I was hoping I’d Get these before Christmas I text them and they said they were on their way now it is January 1, 2025 and I still haven’t seen the product do not ever order from Stocktee again they do not keep their promise very disappointed never again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Vikings Jacket in an XS, but the jacket was still to big. I send an email as soon as I tried it on which was within the five days for a return. I than received this message back We kindly ask you to send us the measurement photos of the product you received. These photos are essential for us to accurately assess the issue you're facing and take the necessary steps to resolve it. As soon as we receive the measurement photos, we will immediately check them and work with our team to find a solution for you. Please understand that this process is important in ensuring that we can provide the best support possible. I received a response stating I had 3 options 1. I need to pay an extra $51.00 cause of the remaking cost and they gave me a size chart with the same exact size chart as before. 2. We would like to resolve your complaint by offering you a 15% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill. You can keep the product or give it to a friend as a gift. 3. If you choose to receive a full refund, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse in Vietnam (our company is registered in the United Kingdom, and our main factory is located there). This process will be costly and time-consuming, and all fees will be borne entirely by you. We do not recommend this course of action. In April or May of this year I purchased, on line, a Detroit Lions shirt from Stockee. When the shirt came I put it in my closet and didn't think about it until a few weeks ago. I put it on and it was too small. I contacted the compaany for an exchange for a larger size and they told me I had to take pictures and measurements of the shirt. Since I am handicapped, it was a real problem to do that. I contacted them again and was advised that they would give me a 25% discount for another shirt. When I told them that was not what I wanted, and to please send an address for me to send back the shirt, they informed me that the warehouse was in Vietnam. Since postage would be prohibited I again asked for a full refund They will not honor my wish, so I am not stuck with a shirt I cannot wear. Their customer service is the aboslute worst! I cannot remember how much I paid for the shirt, but I am sure they have records of my transaction. Please help! Additionally, I can send you the emails that we have shared going back and forth, I just don't know how to do that!Initial Complaint

i ordered a pair of Green Bay Packers tennis shoes for my husband's 75th Birthday, he has been a Packers fan since the 1950's. However, they came in a box that looks like they pulled it out of the garbage dump, and they are not monogramed. and they were women's shoes. I tried to contact them, but no one answers the phone. I texted them a couple of times and I was told they had to be in their original box with all the paperwork attached, well they didn't send any paperwork. Purchased from Stock Tee a ** **** Jacket as a Bday gift for my Husband on 1/14/24. Got a order confirmation, receipt confirmation even and they took the $129.98 - and have not received (with priority mailing). The phone number on the receipt just rings and rings - no answering machine. Sent an email also. Looks like I got scammed. Will be disputing charge with my bank today. Ordered ***** sneakers on September 25, 2023, never received any information about when they would arrive or was my order even placed. To date I have no sneakers and over 200.00 was taken out of my account on the same day. I tried calling them all I received was an answer machine that quickly hung up before I could put in any information.
