      This place has held on to my vehicle for 4 months. Yes, i said that correctly…4 freaking months. And they still don’t have an ETA. I’m lawyering up. They essentially stole my car.

      This vehicle came in as a down ride on 1/8/25. We had several down rides in front of this customer. We were waiting on parts until 3/11/25. It was then handed out to a tech a couple weeks ago. This vehicle has been put back together  however the bumper that was ordered from GM was sent with the wrong brackets for the sensors. We called today for ETA and they are saying a possible delivery between May 1st and May 4th.The customer is fully aware of this situation and also that their vehicle came in as a down ride with others before it.

      Took my truck in for body damage almost 7 weeks ago. Still haven’t got it back, they stated it would take 3-5 days total. Every time I call they say haven’t got all the parts yet, I requested to just return vehicle to me, I don’t have any other means of transportation and they refused to do that to. They say bumper and grill are off, I requested they put it back like they got it, it was still drivable, but they refused. The total damage is $1500, I have a handicapped son that I care for 24/7 and I’ve already had to postpone several appointments. Every time I speak with them they say parts will be there 2-4 days, I have to have my truck back, I live in rural area with no other means of transportation.

      Greenbrier Collision Center provided the customer with a loaner vehicle once it was available on 11/28/23  to resolve the no transportation issue, the vehicle would have been provided sooner if it had been available to provide.  We unfortunately did not have control over the parts delays, we strive to get our customer's vehicle repairs completed as quick as possible, we understand the inconvenience it does cause.  The supplemental damage that was found after disassembly had to be re-inspected by progressive insurance and approved before we could order the additional parts. It is a liability issue for the collision center to re-assemble the vehicle with defective parts after the repairs have been started.

      Vehicle repair, collision shop took 5 weeks to complete what their estimate states is a 3 day job, garage didn’t provide photos and estimates to insurance company so I was billed for the rental, $300+, when I picked up the truck I realized the job wasn’t complete, truck still grinds and doesn’t turn

      My **** went on to get the glass replaced on the sunroof. About 2 weeks in and without informing myself or my mom call thr insurance and file a claim on the frame of the sunroof. The frame was not damaged at all I have images of the broken glass and employees from another car shop that looked at for me. The insurance paid and we paid the deductible they had no idea what they were doing about 3 weeks go by finally I'm told it's ready I go pay them get in and my sunroof wouldn't close and very noticeable water damage now I had the manager come out and look he wanted me to take it home and bring it back I would not because I knew these men would lie and act like it happened when I picked it up I week and half goes by and I get it back clean up the water stains such on the inside I didn't notice though for about 3 weeks the panel above the inside of the door from the seat belt to the windshield was not clipped back into place well I got it back on best I can so a couple weeks ago I open the sunglass thing that's built into the vehicle and my kate spade glasses had been stolen but replaced with cheap glasses they are the same color and style but not my kate spade ones as a single woman it's sickening when men in businesses such as car repair run is over I felt helpless I heard about this and thought I'd see if this could help prevent this place from doing others wrong pony because they have any real competition in this small area

      preliminary estimate for ****** was the sunroof only.upon tear down for repairs we discovered the frame assy. was also damaged when inspected.we took photo's of damaged sunroof frame and contacted her insurance company ******* *******sent photo's for approval from them.after approval from insurance company we ordered frame assy and completed repairs and called ****** cary to inform her job was completed.she arrived a couple of days later at 5 pm to pick up vehicle at that time she informed me it was not working right and headliner had stains on it.i told her i would take care of her complaint and ask her if she wanted to take vehicle and bring back to correct repairs,since her ride that dropped her off and left and it was after hours.she declined.we had vehicle took to dealership and discovered it had to be programed and reset with diagnostic computer.when that was completed we took to one of our detail departments and had headliner detailed to look like new.called ****** **** when completed.when she came i went with her so she could inspect and make sure she was satisfied 100%.she siad she was satisfied and apologized for getting upset about the repairs before. i never heard  anything about this matter from again until now. if she still has something that she in not satisfied with i would be very willing to help her resolve any problems.thank you **** ****** manager at greenbrier collision

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I never apologized because I had nothing to apologize for. There are still stains on my fabric and I didn't notice at the time but the inside liner thing that runs from the windshield above the doors to the plastic part where the seat belts are weren't attached its all loose I've done my best getting it attached back together and I have another garage owner that looked at it before I came there the frame was not bent Noone even contacted me before submitted your claim this garage had no idea how to fix this correctly and couldn't take responsibility for their mistakes to my vehicle I know I'm a woman and i don't fix cars that doesn't mean its OK to treat me like an idiot and be deceitful
