July 1, 2022. I hired Anton to put up my pool wall, install the sand and bottom layers, and install the liner. It looked great when they were done, but as soon as I put water in it, the liner fell in. I asked them to come back and fix it, and create a concrete pad for the filter at the same time. They reattached the liner, created the concrete pad, and left. Once I attempted to put water in the pool, the liner fell in again. I contacted the pool company and they said that the sand was not installed properly, that 2-3 inches of sand needed to be added a foot from the wall, all the way around. This would ensure the liner had overlap when the top rails were installed. When I asked Anton to please come fix it, with the information from the tech support, they said they were busy for two weeks and have not responded or shown up to finish the pool. I paid them $1400. 00 on July 1st, to do just the pool install and I do not have a pool that has been installed properly and they are not standing by their work. At this point, I am starting to see it as a loss and will look for someone else to fix their work but I think it's important for others to be aware of their business practices. I would like the sand added and liner reinstalled. Part of the issue was that they cannot read English well but assured me they knew what they were doing. I have reached out twice to find out if they will be finishing the project, with no response. They have pictures of me and my pool posted on their Facebook page advertising their work, but its deceptive advertising practices, the work is not done and I do not want those pictures on Facebook.
