    Brought my A8 in for repair and service. There was no rush, allowing plenty of time for repair & diagnostic. After a short time was told it was front A-arms, so I had them replaced, but since that wasn't cause, needed to replace something else. No video or photos to warrant recommended repairs. They appeared to be expensively guessing. The A-arms replacement was around $2500, on top of the $2500 mirror repair. After set date for pickup, only option was to pick up after hours, since their service hours are limited and no delivery due to not purchasing the car from them. After I arrived, learned the code given to the lockbox was incorrect. Luckily there was a gentleman there who was able to assist, but ended up guessing the correct code. Car was stated as "ready", but had not been washed prior to my arrival, nor ever given a multi-point inspection. I then noticed the rear drivers side window down about 2" allowing the rain in. I took a photo and notified the gentleman from the dealership. After I started the car, noticed the service due light on. Since I was 3 hrs from home & was after hours, just drove the car back. While driving the tire light & DEF light also came on. The rear window that was left down would not go completely down and backseat was damp. Following workday I notified the service advisor, ***** ******, who then notified the service manager, ******* ******** ******* said she would need to review her cameras, then later stated it was not their fault & that I must have been the one who left the window down when I dropped off the car (I didn't but regardless they should have put up since parking it in the rain). She also refused to adjust the backup camera since it was off. In addition, I tried to reach the general manager. ******* stated she would also recommend I not bring my car there anymore. All I want is for my vehicle to be repaired correctly- drivers side mirror under camera calibrated and rear window working the way I left it.

    Purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 in October 2023. Buying experience was top notch! A couple of weeks after our very expensive purchase we noticed a paint defect on the vehicle. Texted the sales person and he told management. A week went and then another and another. I was NEVER contacted by management. Texted the sales person again! He was very apologetic and was gonna reach out to management again to see how to go about this situation to get my vehicle repaired. November and December rolled around my car wasn’t fixed and I was never contacted by management! I left multiple messages for management, NO response! Here we are and it’s May 2024 and my car hasn’t been fixed. I’ve never been contacted by management. I had to reach out to Mercedes Executive Manager. He told me last week that Astorg would call me that day to set everything up! Days went by and SURPRISE NO CONTACT! I had to contact the Executive Referral Manager again. In less than 24 hours, Mr S*******, the service manager at the ********* KY dealership reached out to me. He had a body shop appointment set up and a getting me a rental vehicle. Sadly I have to drive my vehicle all the way to ********* bc I bought it at Astorg, but Mercedes is getting me a rental car. This has been a headache. I spent over 100k on a vehicle from Astorg and now I have to take it to another dealer to get it repaired! PATHETIC SERVICE AT ASTORG! MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. We planned buying our daughter a new Benz on 2 years for her high school graduation but it won’t be from this dealership! I’ll drive 3 hours to ********* KY to buy another Benz instead of using the dealer in my back door!
