              traded 6-20-2022 after reaching an agreed upon price filled out all paper work then found out only one key was with but two identification key tags were presented . They said they would look for the other key and contact previous owner to get the second key. After several calls they finially admitted that a key man would have to make key and told me to came to dealership,never saying that I would have to pay for the key. After receiving the key on 7-25 2022 ,I was made aware that I owed $226.73. Obviously the key should have come with the car or the dealership would not have had two identification key tags plus at no time did they indicate that there would be a charge. I would like the $226.73 deposited back in my checking account, or a check written directly to me.

              They lied to my grandfather when he bought a used. Truck said it had a 10 year, 100000 mile warranty. It was late at night when we were signing the papers. So we didn't get to go over him because they were rushing us out the door we own the truck for a little over a year now it has a 127000 miles. And is 7 years old when I called back to get it in for transmission issues. They say they never said it had a warranty. There was 5 people there when he told us it had a warranty. He lied to a military veteran who also has cancer Matt s**** does not care about his customers and will say whatever he needs to sell a truck Was in contact with GM directly. And they're not helping either

              The customer purchased the truck for his grandson on Jan. 30, 2023. The truck had over 101,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and would not have qualified for the 10 yr 100k mile extended warranty. Vehicles must be less than 8 years old and under 80,000 miles to qualify. Mid-State Chevrolet never had an opportunity to diagnose the vehicle, and we do not know what facility did diagnose it. The customer relations manager at Mid-State Chevrolet reached out to the customer to learn the status of the truck and learned that the truck has been repaired.
