    I purchased a product on 4/24/25 and never received an email confirmation. I received an email that a transaction went through ****** to **** *** ***, but not Totalhill.com. I tried to contact this company via email and never received a response. I also tried to call the number listed on their website and it has a message that states "your call cannot be completed as dialed." I have not received the product or any communication that this will be sent out. Thank you.

    This site, which is on-line, is set up as a scam/false website conning unknowing people (like myself) to purchase items, pay through ******, and then find out that the charge went to an unknown individual not the store the purchase was supposedly made from. The website: ***************** or for my particular item ordered: https:*************************************************************************************************** The entire process looks legit up until you get the confirmation from ****** in e-mail. Clearly this site should be shut down!

    Placed an order on April 5, 2025 and haven't received the item or any shipping notification. Sent email requesting stays of my order due to not receiving any information about when order would be shipped. Received no response. Called listed phone number and its disconnected. I will notify my bank of this scam.

    Ordered 2 products from website. After checkout the screen said I paid nothing for no products and there was no order number yet I received an email immediately saying I paid through ****** in the amount of 25.82. Interestingly enough, I didn't even use ******. It is a definite scam!

    Ordered shampoo products on 10-18-2024. Received confirmation number. My credit card was billed immediately. When I didn’t receive products or communication from company on 11-2-2024 I sent an email to *********************. By 11-5-2024, I hadn’t received a response. I attempted to call the phone number they provided of ************ and got the automated response that the call couldn’t be completed as dialed, meaning the number is fake. I looked up the address of *** ******* *** ************* **. That’s where I found the BBB information and all the complaints that have been filed against the so called company.

    I ordered 5 bags of ***** *** **** Organic All Purpose Flour from Total Hill. They charged the credit card I have on file with ******, even though I didn’t order the product through ******. I never received the product. They won’t respond to my email inquiries and when I try to track the shipment, there is no evidence the shipment exists. I have disputed charge with my credit card company. This website must be shut down and held accountable for their fraud.

    I purchased products from ************* on October 12, 2024 and they've charged my credit card but have not sent me my products. They did send an email that my package was on it's way on October 21, 2024 but I have not received it. I sent numerous emails to them and none have been answered. I've sent an email to ************************* as well as *********************. I'm seeking from them my products or a refund. The products I ordered were a total of 5 Folgers Noir Instant Coffee 7 oz. jars.

    On October 20, 2024 I made a purchase on ***** ******** for $22.78. They withdrew my money right away from my account. It said I would receive a tracking number right away and I never received one or any email for that matter. I later looked into the status of this company and realized this is a gentleman from China, who made a fake Business account. He also has been trying to steal money from good people that are just trying to buy products. They have never sent a product to no one ever because this is a fraudulent company. Business bureau needs to look into this company and remove it and get them in trouble for fraud. I have attached the gentleman’s name and description along with the Order number. Please look into this asap so no other person gets scammed by this man and his fake company.
