On July 23, 2024 I ordered 2 bottles of ******* ***** (Eye vitamin) from a Company called Total Hill. The website encourages you to use ****** for Payment which I did. *** *** made the Payment to a person named Nguyen T**** ***** which I did not authorize. I never got an email from the company giving me a tracking number. I looked at ****** on August 5th and it said it was delivered and had 2 *** ** tracking numbers, ************ and ************. I have not received the product. I contacted ***** and they said those 2 tracking numbers did not have my information on them and to contact the company. I don't know how they can generate a fake tracking number that ***** can't explain. I tried to contact the company by phone and by email, no answer for either. ****** will not refund my money because they said it had a tracking number that comes up delivered and stated contact the company which I can't. With all the complaints I see on this I would think the website would be shut down or flagged but I can still type in a search for ******* ***** and Total Hill still comes up as selling this product. ***** doesn't seem to care of the scam and neither does ******, They both should have a flag come up when they see a shipping or payment request from this company but they won't, can you help with this. I don't want to see any other person get scammed by this company when they are right there in plain sight.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 gallons of satin antique white paint by ***** Place on 8/7/24 for 31.71. Paint never arrived. Going to the website, order number entry states the order does not exist. I cancelled the credit card and reported the action as fraudulent to the credit card.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on August 16, 2024, through what looked to be a legitimate website. I received an email for the financial transaction, but not the actual order. There was an order number on the transaction email. The transaction is still processing with ********. Since I used ******** for payment, I spoke to a representative at ******** and was advised to contact ******, since the merchant is using ****** for the transaction. I forwarded the transaction email to ****** for their review.Initial Complaint

Why is this Vietnam business still allowed to do business on the internet? Why is it not flagged as scam or fraudulent? I made a purchase on August 12, 2024 and I am attempting to cancel the order. I have not heard anything back from them. The phone number ************ is Out-Of-Service. The business says West Virginia location, but in fact it is from Vietnam. I made 2nd request for cancelation, but got nothing. PLEASE SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Total Hill on July 5. 2024, and I still have not received the items I ordered. When I attempted to contact them, their phone number had been disconnected (now it's no longer listed on their website). They also never responded to my "contact us" inquiry. After investigating this company on the web, all signs point to this is a fraudulent company. They had numerous other complaints from individuals who purchased items, however never received their purchases. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they also put a STOP payment on any and all future charges this fraudster might try to process. - Date of transaction: 7/15/2024 - Amount Paid: $18.76 - Item Ordered: 2 tubs of ********** Face SPF 50 Oil Free Sunscreen Lotion, Sunscreen for Face, 3 fl. oz. - Nature of Dispute: I never received the package. I received a notification saying that the order was delivered and left in the mail room with a picture of the delivery proof by ***** on 7/23/2024. The picture is definitely fake because it is so blurry that nothing can be recognized. Also, the picture was taken on a table with a computer next to a package in a regular room, not in the mail room. It is impossible to take a picture in our tiny mail room. Most obviously, it is 100% impossible for ***** to leave anything in our mail room; ***** has no access authority to our mail room. **** is the only one who can access and leave any packages or mail in our locked mail room. - Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: NO. Called and sent several emails to seller since the day of order. NO response at all. - If the issue involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen or heard: No I should have researched the seller before making the order. I just discovered that many people have been scammed by this seller! This seller is very smart. The name on the received money is different from the order confirmation/website name. They didn't show the order details on the order confirmation. Additionally, they used an order number to confirm the order and a transaction number in the ****** history, so there is no connection between the two.Initial Complaint

August 2, 2024, Amount $34.47 This merchant has multiple complaints and the phone number is out of service. the merchant is named Totalhill supposedly located at *** ******* *** ************* ** *****, United States. They are using ****** to collect credit card payments. They do not supply a tracking number or order number. ****** has a record of the transaction. The associated email address is ***************************, and the associated name is NGUYEN T**** ***** in Viet NamInitial Complaint

Placed an order today for hair care items set of 3 but realized this company could be a scammer after ordering… phone number is not in service, the order form is blank but the money was taken from the gift card that I used to pay… looked at reviews afterwards & realized they are not legit
