We contacted with this company 6 months ago to do my parents roof in Lusk Wyoming. He took 66,000 dollars and has not done the work and is no longer responding to phone, text, or email requests for what is happening. We requested our money back a month ago and he said no. Now we can’t get a hold of him.Business response

I have been in constant contact with the homeowner of this claim and their registered agent. And with the parents of the woman who submitted this. I have notified them that my schedule is a little hectic and I am behind. I have informed their agent, the adjuster, and the owner of this claim and everybody is aware. The daughter, (person who made this claim on my BBB record) is not allowed as a rep to handle their claim nor have any info pertaining to it. Since learning this, I have blocked her and not responded to her texts.
I have made myself transparent with the adjuster over this claim, even to the point of where these people have gone into their local office and made complaints about me. An adjuster was sent to put eyes on the materials and they did. I understand the frustration, but I cannot push other customers in front of others, especially when these other people have been waiting longer. We are a referral only company and specialize in mitigation and commercial roofing and have helped tons of people get covered under their insurance plans. Our schedule is a little hectic because we had to start late this year. I had people who waited an entire 11 months this year and needed to get done.
I was never formally asked to cancel the contract, and contrary to what this person says, I have been in contact with the owner of this claim.
