December 2022 I purchased a number of items. The items I received were inconsistent with the online photo and description. I provided evidence. The color was very different and the sizing was unorthodox. I requested a refund repeatedly to no avail. They eventually gave me a store credit. I have tried to use the store credit, but their systems keep failing to process and each time the order gets cancelled. I emailed them multiple times over the course of January. I got one response saying they were looking into it, but then nothing further. Followed up multiple times via email and then ********* There is no published number to call. I would like my money back (preferably given the time is now passed when I can use clothes from their website), but minimally a working gift card.Initial Complaint

I purchased a dress in May 2023. I paid full price, $173.00. The dress is not the right size and doesnt fit my style. I contacted the company for a return/refund but they responded that they can only offer store credit. I dont want store credit as the dress looks different than online and I dont want to purchase it; it doesnt look good on me. I emailed them a few times about talking to a customer service representative as I could not find a phone number on their website, but I get the same response that their policy stands and they will only issue store credit. This is terribly frustrating and I would like to get my money back. I will stay away from this company in the future. Terrible customer service!Thanks.Initial Complaint

I bought two of the same dresses from Pampelone ( I have 2 homes) but decided I didnt want two so I sent one back unopened. I was told that they would not accept my return because it had white on the inside. I explained that I had not even tried it on as I had two. They refused to listen so I paid to have it sent back to me. I looked at the dress that I had tried on, but not yet worn, and it was in perfect condition. I photographed the dress so that they could not falsely claim that it was damaged. I sent this back and waited for three weeks before I received a response. I kept emailing but they delayed issuing me a credit. Finally, Yesterday, I was sent an image of the dress with white on it! They said they could not accept the return because it was damaged. This is the same as before. Someone at the company is damaging the products so they dont have to accept a return. Please me resolve this issue. This company is corrupt and I dont want other people to have the same experience.I will submit three photos of the dress that I sent back from my home. I will also submit the picture they sent me if the white stains that they say were in the dress. You can see that the dress I sent back is in pristine condition.Initial Complaint

I purchase the item from Pampelone for $190 on 8/12/22. The item was delivered while I was on vacation. When I arrived home, I opened the item and noticed that it was defective. The item had a hole AND the hygiene sticker was missing. I emailed the company and they said to send it back and they would refund me for the item and for the return shipping that I payed for. I sent the item back with tags and all attached. I got an email saying that it did not pass quality control because of no hygiene sticker and they would not be refunding me. However, it is NOT my fault that the hygiene sticker was not provided when it was shipped/delivered to me and that the item had a hole in it. I then reached out to the company multiple times and they refused to refund and then stopped answering any of my follow up emails. I deserve a refund for a faulty and unsanitary item. I ordered a dress from Pampelone.com The dress came much later than promised and was the weirdest dress! Cut and sewn together in a complete mess. It was not even wearable. I returned the next day within the week and they will only offer a store credit citing online fraud. I dont want to purchase anything else from them. Why cant I get my money back? The return policy is buried on the site and it was never clear when I purchased that this was their policy. I also did not get a print out of the policy in the package. I ordered a dress on June 22, 2022 in size medium from Pampelone and a few days later I received a wrong size of that dress from them, small instead of medium. I immediately contacted the customer service and they issued a return label and informed me that they would give me a refund after they receive the return. On July 2, 2022 the return package was attempted to be delivered to their location in *********, **. But since it was a Saturday there was no one available to receive it. Since then **** issued an Action request from Pampelone to schedule a re-delivery or go pick it up at the local **** office. I communicated this issue multiple times via emails but as of July 12, 2022 no action has been taken on **** tracking website and Pampelone stopped answering my questions on that. On June 17th 2022 **** will send the return package back to me. I would like Pampelone to issue me the full refund immediately at this point.Initial Complaint

They would not refund me for a product. The quality of their product is extremely misrepresented.
