      I want to register a company and need a registered agent service. This website is very difficult to use, so I chose the wrong service the first time. I paid $74 for the registered agent and $49 for the email collection service, but I found that I made a mistake, so I canceled the service. And I contacted the other party hoping to get a refund as soon as possible. This happened around July 10, 2024. Then I wanted to continue to purchase services. After I chose the $49 email service, I found that my credit card was deducted twice after payment. So I asked the company to refund the previous $74 + the $49 that was repeatedly deducted. They agreed and said that they would return the money to my account after 10 working days. That is, I was in their company's account. I asked many times how to check and use the money in the account, but I didn't get any accurate response, so I had to wait. Today, a month has passed, and I found that not only did I not get any refund, but they also canceled the $49 email service I purchased. I paid a total of $172 for the service, but they suddenly cancelled my service without any refund. I have been asking for a refund for the past month, and they promised to return the money within 10 working days, but a month has passed and I have not received any refund, and the customer service is very difficult to contact. I hate this company very much, it is a scam, don't choose this scam company. My request is that they return all the $172 to me. I am not sure whether to continue to purchase related services from this company unless they can return the $172 I have paid before. I now suspect that they are scammers. I hope they can return all my money.

      I purchased an espresso machine from them, and it never arrived. The phone number on the website no one answers. The chat they have on the website says they will get back to you. There is no way to contact them that gets a response. The espresso machine never came. I can't get a hold of them to request a refund. Appears to be a fake website.

      Wyomingagents.com filed a Texas LLC on my behalf, and they used someone named Robin Jones who is listed as my official company organizer on my formation documents. Because they are the ones who directly filed these documents, they are considered the “Company Applicant” per FinCEN BOIR definition. This scenario is plainly outlined in the official FinCEN FAQ chapter “E”. This means that I need to list their employee’s FinCEN ID on my BOIR, per federal law. This was confirmed by multiple lawyers, who even commented that when they file the formation documents for their clients, they provide their FinCEN ID on the invoice. Wyomingagents.com is refusing to provide this information, despite multiple email contacts. This information is mandated by new BOIR requirements, and they are lying about it, cheating customers, and making it impossible to operate the new business that I hired them to form. This law applies directly to them, and they are obligated to release this information for any business they are involved with filing beginning 1/1/24.

      In regard to this complaint, we have made our Customer Care management team aware of this complaint so they may look into it further and directly contact the customer to address the complaint itself and resolve the situation. In general, when functioning as a businesses' official Registered Agent, we fully comply with all state requirements and processes regarding filings and listing of business entities. It sounds like there may be a misunderstanding by the client as we do not ever lie or not complete required filings and forms to the best of our ability with the information provided by the business owner.       We consulted with our in house legal counsel on this matter and they provided us with further information in response to this complaint:

      We take all rules, regulations, and statutes seriously, and we endeavor in good faith to comply with such. In regards to the Company Applicant question, our operations and services leverage online tools and software to remove any personal involvement with the formation of a reporting company. Consequently, our employees, whom are not personally involved with the submission of any company formation paperwork to a state agency, do not constitute "Company Applicants" under the Corporate Transparency Act. For purposes of Beneficial Ownership Interest Reports, Company Applicant would involve the person causing the formation documents to be submitted through our proprietary online tools and software. In most cases, that would be the client who completed the formation information, paid us for our formation service, and submitted the formation request to our system's queue for electronic processing.

      We hope this helps clarify some of the concerns being raised in the complaint.

      On March 10, 2017, I contracted Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC to take over registered agent services for two of my companies Washington Worldwide LLC and Living Proof, Inc. This included them filing the required change of agent form with the state of Wyoming. They successfully did this for Living Proof, but did not file the form for Washington Worldwide LLC. This went unnoticed for more than 6 years until recently when I received a notice of Washington Worldwide being dissolved because no registered Agent was listed for the company. I have paid this company for the last 7 years to be a registered agent. They have received all the correspondence and forms including me not having a registered agent listed, yet they have never corrected this problem. Now my company has been erroneously dissolved for not having a registered agent when I have had them as a registered agent for the nearly 7 years. I called and emailed many times asking for a reasonable resolution where they would reinstate my company free of charge as this error was completely theirs and they refuse to offer any compromise, refund, reinstatement. there customer service if horrible. They do not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. In sum, my company was dissolved by the state of Wyoming for not having a registered agent on file even though I have been paying Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC as a registered agent and hired them and contracted them to file the change of agent form 7 years ago. They have not fulfilled their duty as a registered agent. I have attempted to seek resolution by asking them to reinstate my company free of charge ad assume responsibility for the mistake made. the refuse and have ignored and dismissed any responsibility they have as registered agents. Please advise and assist. Research into this matter will clearly show I contracted them 7 years ago to perform the services for both companies, but they only filed the change of agent form for one.

      Please find attached an email response received last night after I filed the complaint. This was after 4 days fo calling and emailing. As you can see the dispute here is that this company was supposed to file a change of agent form as they did for my other company in which they are the registered agents. Since they did not, the state dissolved my company for not having a registered agent event though they have been the registered agent for the past 7 years.  I simply would like them to 

      1. either reinstate my company at not cost of my own

      2. refund me the registered agent fees paid for these past 7 years as they have failed to fulfill their duty as registered agents. I can then use these fund to pay for the $350 reinstatement and penalty fees.

      Please request proof of any thing they ma allege as they have already attempted to place full blame and responsibility on me as well as suggest that  have an overdue bill. The bill is sue annually on March 10th as this was the day I initially contracted their services for both companies in 2017.

      If you know an attorney or legal resources that could take up this matter, Please advise. I am a full disabled Veteran and this situations further add to my anxiety and stress.

I ask that you secure an official response from them asap as I need to file my annual report, but can not until the company is reinstated.       Please find attached the most recent correspondence from Wyoming Registered Agents. They have now agreed to offer a full refund for the 7 years of service that I have paid them for there services, but they have failed to perform. I am grateful for this refund as the fund can be used to pay for the reinstatement.

      What I am requesting beside the 7 years of refund was that

      1. They process the reinstatement as they offered for to do in previous correspondences by waiving there $100 fee.

      2. I also request that they payI the fees and $200 fine for me not having them listed as a registered agent. 

      This is why I requested $350 refund as the total cost to reinstate is $350

      For the record, I have two other companies in which they are listed as the registered agent. I have been a loyal and responsible customer.  One company acquired their services the same day that Washington Worldwide acquired their services and under the same user name and account information. This is how this error occurred. Washington Worldwide was erroneously dissolved for them not being listed as a registered agent because it was under the Living Proof Profile.  I simple wish they would see that this error was of no fault of my own and recognize that I was informed at the time of contracting them that both companies would be handled the same way.       I am rejecting this response because: The business, Wyoming Registered Agents response is false. The full amount requested is not being refunded. They have agreed to refund the annual fees only which amounts to $175. The full amount requested was $350 which would cover the reinstatement fines and fees.

      Please ask them to respond to my last email in which I ask them if they would process the reinstatement. A copy of our last correspondence has already been submitted through this portal.

      We are trying to resolve this complaint as we hope to raise our BBB rating. 

      The customer rejected our response because the amount of the refund was not to his liking but we were already in communication with him regarding the parameters for his refund. Him simply not accepting the amount of the refund does not seem like a plausible reason for this complaint to remain unresolved. 

      We want to be consistent in our responses to this complaint as the claim the customer is making that we're at fault for the no agent dissolution 7 years ago is in fact false. In actuality, he never hired us to file his *** which caused the dissolution issue he described. But we still refunded him for several years of the service. His issue is that we did refund him for all 7 years of which we were continuing to provide Registered Agent services we were hired to provied. 

      What additional steps can we take to resolve this?

      I signed up for registered agent services on Jan. 11th, 2024. Shortly after, I purchased a Change of Registered Agent service. After a nightmare of a time navigating their website's dashboard, I reached out for support. I heard nothing for 10 days until I received an automated email asking, "Did we get the order right?" I responded telling them they did not, and shared my initial email asking for help. It took another two days before someone replied, but the situation was not resolved. Realizing I was working with a company that had zero customer service, I asked them to cancel my account and issue a refund. Since asking for the cancellation, it's been a back and forth email exchange (usually numerous days apart) of them prolonging making this right. The longer this goes on, the more at risk I am of having my company's good standing put in jeopardy – because it's unclear what exactly they've done, what deadlines I may have missed, and what filing complications may result when I hire a new registered agent. I'd like to cleanly break from this company so I can hire a new agent that cares for their customers and delivers a genuine service.

      Filing complaint on behalf of Atomili Services LLC. Filed my documents 8/23. They are requesting me to verify my address after 6 months of already being complete with this order. I filed a complaint on behalf of another company and the are retroactively trying to enforce policy on existing LLCs as a result disusing it as law. They shared the statue saying Wyoming Law requires a physical address, which I provided, but since that space is used with other businesses they are trying to enforce the policy to verify that our business actually operates there. Again, told me to update all other addresses we filed with them as is required by law (its not Angelica Ivan shared the statue she is referring to and it never says anything other than provide an address). This give the impression this company t retaliates against people who give them push back about law vs policy. Uploading email as proof of them using scare tactics to enforce policy saying its law

      Ordered LLC service. I didn’t not respond to an email requesting info so they cancelled the filing. They did not refund after cancelling the service that was laid for, instead they keep the money. That’s shady alone. You have to call to get a refund. They ask for information not related to the business filing of the LLC. That’s unethical for them to ask me to provide non public information to them to satisfy their needs and not than if the state they are filing in.

      I hired this company to create and file the necessary paperwork as they advertise online that they do to incorporate a new business LLC. I trusted this company would do as they said they would and file all the CORRECT and necessary paperwork. I paid $218 to get my LLC filed with the state of Wyoming. They claim that this process will only take a few days to complete. Everything seemed to be going well. I myself had somehow made an error in the spelling of the company initially and someone was nice enough to contact me to question it. We corrected it. Also the initial name of the company could not be used because there was another company with a name too similar so it had to be changed. Ok. My issue is they also provide the service of ordering your EIN. I paid for it. I also paid for a virtual office as a part of the package. THEY supplied an address with a suite # which I then used as my office address. Once all my paperwork was completed as I was inspecting it, I noticed that there were errors, specifically with the address. Instead of Wyoming for the state of my business address, it was listed as Utah, the suite # had changed, then the mailing address in one area, specifically item III on my LLC Articles of Organization listed the address as 30 Gould St (No suite #) Sheridan Sheridan , UTAH 82801 This is WRONG! I then got an email from them with my company address for my virtual office with a suite # which was different from the original assigned by them. This company had listed the original suite # on my EIN! I called and spoke to someone about the necessary corrections about a week ago and was told it would be corrected in 7-10 business days. Today 9/7/23 I called again and spoke with Katie who said she was a manager said the mistakes could take up to 15 business days to correct and they could not rush the state! The address on the Federal EIN letter she suggested I do myself because they can’t ?! So now I’m held up for a month? Horrible Service!

      They will not give me a refund even though the state of Wyoming allows for refunds on LLC filings. This firm served as a middle-man to help file the LLC paperwork, but now that I need a refund on the LLC filing, they are refusing to handle that and also not giving me an option to go through the state directly. The firm also misled me into thinking that I don't need to file an LLC in my home state where I do business, which is actually illegal. I paid their $150 fee which I am seeking to have partially refunded ($100 of which went directly to the state and that should come back to me).

      The company advertises that it will set up a LLC, virtual office, registered agent, and phone in 1-2 days. I reviewed the company's statements and confirmed with them that if I ordered their services, that the LLC would be set up within 1-2 days--by March 18 end of day. I contracted & paid, but the company didn't contact me or state that they couldn't deliver on their promises within the time frame under which I contracted. After I paid and supplied all information, I emailed the company regarding the the virtual office address. They responded several hours later & stated that the suite number would only be known after the State LLC filing. It also stated that the State filing should be done in 3-4 days. I responded stating that (1) I contracted for the filing within one to two days, (2) I confirmed the time period prior to contracting, & (3) no one told me it would be anything different prior to contracting. I asked them to reassure me that they would do as promised. I received no further communication that day. The next day they responded and "apologize[d]" for any inconvenience, but their "influx" of orders & would delay the filing for 3 to 4 days. They then offered me the ability to cancel the filing, but that left my phone and office service with them. I was boarding a plane and will be traveling for 6 hours without internet and therefore could not cover for their failure. I told them this, offered additional money to expedite, and outlined how they prejudiced me. They responded to other, later sent emails, but not to that one. I wouldn't have known that they could not perform but for my inquiry. I cannot remedy the situation & file sooner, because they waited until after 11:30 am est on day two, and only in response to my inquiry, to state that they wouldn't finish in the 1-2 days they promised. Their actions are fraudulent inducement & dishonest. They received money & didn't disclose their inability to perform. Their advertisement is false & deceptive.

      First, I would like to apologize for our mistake with your filing time. We do advertise that we can complete your filing in 1-2 business days (as was listed under “filing orders” in your account), and it is uncharacteristic for us to have difficulty meeting this time line. The customer service representative you were in contact with was correct in telling you that a slew of new sign-ups was slowing down our process, but this should not have affected your filing time. I also want to apologize for what you were told about the expedited filing option. We will sometimes expedite filings (which, as you were told, happens rarely and requires an additional fee) but, in your case, it should not have been necessary in the first place.
