1 starHello - I called your company on March 17th, 2025 to NOT renew. However, I find you all have charged my credit card $179 this morning. I called your office on March 17th, 2025 Monday and said I did NOT want to renew. The person from your office asked for my email address to pull up my account. I provided it. They told me it would be handled and Thanked me for my business. Fast forward to this morning, April 1, 2025, I get an alert that my credit card was charged $179 from ************ Attorney. I called Wyoming LLC Attorney and told them the situation. I was instructed by these kids in the customer support department and they were extremely rude! Especially ****, she instructed me to go through the portal and how to cancel services, which I did while I had her on the phone. I then asked her what now. She responded that my services have been cancelled. I responded that is fine, however, what about the $179 that was charged to my credit card. This person literally stopped speading and did not say another word then hung up on me. I called back and proceeded to get the run around from ***** ****** ****, Engardo. This is NOT professional behavior of any law firm I have ever worked with. I will not be strong armed into paying for future services when I called and told this company not to renew. No one at that time told me to go to the portal and do anything, etc. It is not my fault if you all are not finding a phone call record nor filed anything as I was timely in my phone call after receiving you email. I am requesting this charge to be refunded or canceled which any merchant system has the ability to do. The question is whether this company will take accountability. This company is a scam. Only wished I had read reviews before working with them. Hopefully this will prevent at least 1 person from working with them. Unethical, exploitative law firm that lies. ******. 1 star100% scam. They were paid to file with the state of Wyoming and didn't. They never answer any email or request for help. They now have charged my card 4 times and keep saying they don't have the money yet the bank has receipts showing that the money has been sent to them.Review fromAmira Q

Once you give this lawyer your money they really dont care about you or anything that has to do with your account. When they make a mistake hey blame it on the customer , thats not really professional and not a way to treat the said customer who is just looking for the correct information. Paid for a phone service with these guys still not working. Havent heard anything from anyone. This place is just completely ridiculous. The worst type of company. Ive already started the chargeback process and now Im just going to the state Attorney General, not only in their state because their state is trash, but in the state of ************* as well because they take things seriously here.Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC

Their services for customers should stop trying to advise and provide legal advice outside there are.****** a government bureaucracy agency has mandated proof of ownership of corporations, unfortunately its not a law and they have no teeth in the game.
