Our truck was transported from ********** to **********. In the process they lost the fiberglass truck lid that was locked in place. It has now been 8 weeks and I have called and emailed countless times, even sent a certified letter. They never respond except to say my claim is denied. They never explain what they are responsible for in transporting any car. Terrible customer service, rude agent, and owners that hide behind their employees. I would do whatever you can to avoid using this company to transport any vehicle.Review from Hannah O

****, the man who delivered my vehicle spent our entire interaction yelling and threatening me to take my car back because I needed a few minutes to finalize the payment. I had been told I could pay upon arrival so I could see my car before paying such a large amount but he was freaking out about having to wait five minutes. I opened my car door to further inspect my vehicle and he screamed YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE VEHICLE. After that, he proceeded to hide my own car key from me and refused to tell me where he had it. I was alone and scared for my own safety, I absolutely do not recommend this company especially not for women who may be picking up their vehicles themselves.Review from Dee T

My brand-new **** pickup truck left the original dealership in perfect condition. It arrived at my house with a broken speed sensor. A week and $437 later, I was able to pick up my truck from the local dealership. After waiting 2 weeks for a response, I emailed Diesel Auto Express back asking for an update. They sent me a response stating that it was impossible that they could have damaged the speed sensor harness and therefore declined to pay. Seriously? I would have given 5 stars if they had just shown a little integrity. Now, I'm filing a claim with the broker, ********. We'll see how that goes.Review from Ashley L

I had a terrible experience with the owner and dispatch from the start! I kept getting different information about where my vehicle was and how long it would take. I had to contact dispatch and the drivers myself because they wouldnt call and give me updates. It wasnt until a second driver took over that I finally got updates and my car delivered. When I expressed my frustrations to the owner and other company members, they didnt apologize or take any accountability for their poor customer service. What was supposed to take 3 days actually took 10 days.Review from Hunter H

Worst car shipping experience I have ever had. Poor communication from the beginning. When they showed up to deliver my vehicle, they had the wrong car and told me that they accidentally put my car in another state. They confused my car with another similar one and didn't bother verifying the *** numbers. After finally getting in touch with someone, they only offered me a $75 discount on the shipment and told me I was lucky to even get that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Review from Darius R

Horrible service non communicative supposed to deliver my vehicle a certain day wasnt going to tell me that the werent going to be able to deliver until i called them and asked where my vehicle was
