      Terrible experience with Carvana. **************** was extremley poor, delays, miscommunications left and right, fraud on appraisals and trade ins. Poor experience. Do not recommend

      Carvana sold me a car that would not pass my State's Inpection requirements, leaving me with a car that is illegal to drive. It is LAW that Carvana must fix the car or provide a refund. They refuse to do either. I'm sure they know that it's too expensive for an average person to sue them. I would never trust them to sell me a car ever again.

      BOUGHT FROM CARVANA 2017 ***** S90 T6 INSCRIPTION. GAVE ***** FOR IT 1YR AGO HAVE PUT 500 MILES ON IT SINCE. TRIED TO TRADE FOR A HYBRED ELECTRIC CAR ELR BUT WAS ONLY OFFERED ***** FOR IT WHEN IT WAS FINANCED BY CARVANA. THIS IS ********,DON'T BE FOOLED BY CARVANA,RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RIP OFF ARTISTS.

      Please do not ever buy a car from Carvana. We purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q60 for the first time. It will be the last time I ever buy from them again. The car has a number of major issues.

      I really wish I had found these reviews before giving them any money. The just took $500 of my money. It seemed like the whole process was going great. There was one last task to do and I was on the phone with them and I know they verified this "task" because my husband's boss called while I was still on hold to let me know he spoke to them and that I was all set... for the carvana guy to come back on and abruptly tell me they couldn't continue with the sale and hung up on me. I call back and they hang up and won't tell me anything. They need to be sued.

      dont do it whatever you do Carvana is not the way they changed the deal and keep your money for 20 days after they change the deal they say no down payment you put $1000 down they come back and tell you they need more money after you pay them. Its just like a scam.

      Very shady business practices. I was sold a truck that did not make it home before the engine set codes. I call the service department about it. I took it to the recommended shop. I decided to use the 7-day grantee. So, I swapped out the truck for a different truck. The day of delivery I was called and told that the truck could not be sold due to mechanical issues. I picked out a third truck and had to add more money for the down payment. I was denied financing and two hours later they took the extra money out of my account. I've been on the phone daily for three weeks trying to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA!

      The vehicle I picked out and got delivered had rust underneath, not safe to drive and cant believe they sold it. The next vehicle has been smoked in and smells awful. I would never use Carvana again.
