      I applied for a Neo Financial credit card after seeing their ad promising 'up to $10,000' in credit. I have a strong credit score, a stable income, and two other credit cards with $10,000 limits, so I expected a reasonable credit line. Instead, they gave me only $1,500. I contacted customer support twice to ask for a reconsideration, but they refused to help. The second time, the agent even left the chat without assisting me.If you're considering this card, be aware that their advertising is misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful. There are far better credit card options out there with better support and transparency

      App showed I'd get rewards at a particular restaurant. Went to the restaurant and spent over $150, expecting to get about $17 back. No points after the transaction posted and they wouldn't do anything. Same issue with a different restaurant 2 days later, spent $ and didn't get the rewards. Closed the account as I could be getting cashback with another reliable card. Awful customer service. (they jacked up my interest rate too, even though I've never had a late payment or went over the limit, only a moderately high balance)

      My credit card was stolen and used for several unauthorized transactions. On the day it was stolen, I immediately contacted the fraud department, filed a police report, and canceled the card. I was informed that it would take ***** days for a resolution. However, after 90 days, I was told my dispute was closed, and there was nothing they could do. Now, Im expected to pay the full amount. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Bewaredont ever open a Neo Financial Credit Card.

      So I'm a single mom and my account has been locked for almost 3 months and kinda ******** I have verified with my id of what you asked for and still not unlocked this ******** I have kids these guys don't care at this online bank is all scam low end piece of s*** they all lies and even the staff doesn't know what they doing I'm going on public aware of this particular event and I will go viral NEO FINICIAL and they will go down mark my words thank you

      My account was paid and closed October 2023.On a monthly basis I have been harassed to pay. 01 to pay off and close this account.Just now 2024, 09, 17 I have received a phone call from Neo which I returned immediately. I was advised thart until I pay the .01 my account will be in overdraft.Please help me to clear this matter. My life is far more important than being harassed.***********************

      0 stars if I can. Shady practises. My card had a ton of unauthorized transactions which werent me from a different province. Instead of helping they blamed me saying I used tap. How can I tap when the transactions were being done 3 provinces over from where I am. I had receipts to prove I was here and not in the other province and they were firm on their decision.

      Horrible bank! They DO NOT follow their own policies! I've been waiting since MARCH for my money on a transaction dispute. They will not give me my money back & they do not call you back after the wait time they provide. They have told me 4 different time of days to wait till I'll have it back. It's been months of headache.

      My experience with NEO Financial's credit card services has been nothing short of a nightmare. My credit card was stolen and used for several unauthorized transactions, and despite following their help centers instructions to lock the card, request a new one, and report the unauthorized transactions, it took them 40 days to respond. To my shock, they refused the dispute, claiming the tap feature was used, which according to them, could only have been done by the cardholder. When I called for clarification, they asked for a police report, which was never mentioned in their cardholder agreement or by their help center. After escalating the matter, the manager (named ***) I spoke with was utterly unhelpful and made no sense, despite my explanations. The investigation team then offered to cover only 50% of the unauthorized transactions, claiming it was a generous offer from the manager. When I informed them that I had filed a police report, they quickly concluded the investigation and said they no longer required it, clearly trying to dodge responsibility. Unlike other credit card companies, NEO Financial's fraud detection system failed miserably; other companies detected unauthorized transactions and notified me immediately, but NEO did nothing. The entire process was handled very unprofessionally. I later discovered that NEO Financial has a BBB score of 1.29 and a ********** rating of 1.5, with numerous complaints about their fraudulent practices. It's baffling how such a company is still allowed to operate in ******. In conclusion, NEO Financial's credit card services are highly questionable and unreliable. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your peace of mind and financial security.

      I am giving a "0" rating for the worst customer service that I have ever been dealt with. I have been chatting with them on 4 occasions regarding the missing welcome bonus for their Cathay Pacific Mastercard. The first one said he would complete the form for me and they will contact me on the mobile app. No reply. The 2nd one said they would submit my request to their team in charge and would contact me through email. No reply. Finally the 3rd one said I was not qualified because I had the ******** Bay Mastercard already. Every time I had to stay on the chat waiting for their reply for a long time and if I did not respond fast enough, they would say inactivity and disconnect me, then I had to start all over again. The staff "*****" completed my application did not tell me that I would not be qualified as he was aware that I had a Mastercard already. I was charged for $180 annual fee. I asked for the supervisor and was told that the supervisor would call me but instead I received email from ****. **** said that the promotion was ended in 2023 prior to my application. This is totally a lie as I made my decision on the last day of the promotion as I was struggling with the annual fee.If the company does not want to honour the promotion, please do not offer and mislead. I feel so bad for the companies connecting with them. I have never had this bad situation before. Poor customer service and make their customers even more frustrating and cut their credit cards and other services. Not worth it.Definitely no more dealing with NEO FINANCIAL and strongly do not recommend NEO FNANCIAL.They don't even deserve a star.
