      Company is full of ****** that work there. Cannot answer a call or answer an email back. I have waited over a month for a response.

      Very poor service. I had an "******** **** ***** direct deposit payment go into my NEO money account and they placed a 5 day hold on it. Stated it was Blue Cross's fault for coding it as a miscellaneous payment on their end. As a customer I do not know the coding but I do know that Government benefits are not to be held. The customer service rep asked how they were suppose to know it is government. My response was that it is ********* **** ***** * *******. They have held the funds for 5 days which is absurd as it was not a cheque it was directly deposited into the account. I have spoken to approx 10 people and not one of them can release the funds which is absurd. One of the representatives was very apologetic and said that I was his 4th customer that day with this issue but, no way to release it. Holding funds that are already there is irresponsible of a company and puts their customers in difficult situations. Never deal with this company! If i could leave a zero star I would have.

      Terrible I want the hold off my card I feel like this company is holding my money and I will not see it again. Have rented multiple cars within the past 3-6 months and this company has held my money the longest. They are not helpful, rude and HORRENOUS customer service.
