    In 2022, I purchased a home, and during the transaction, both the purchasing and selling attorneys confirmed that there were no outstanding HOA fees on the property. However, in August 2024, I received a letter from First Service Residential indicating an outstanding balance of $542.82.I immediately contacted both the sellers attorney and my purchasing attorney, and both confirmed that no HOA fees were outstanding at the time of purchase. Despite this, I was required to pay the amount mentioned in the letter, even though I have consistently paid my HOA fees, which are $50 per year, on time.I have attempted to resolve this issue with First Service Residential, providing an explanation of the situation. Unfortunately, I was informed that the amount had to be paid regardless. I have retained all relevant email correspondence with First Service Residential, as well as communications with both attorneys involved in the transaction.

    Hello BBB,I would like to submit a complaint regarding First Service Residential for the following reasons:? I had the garage door torsion springs repaired at my condo unit back on May 12, 2022 ? As requested, the invoice was submitted to *********************** (Condo Manager) with First Service Residential and approved by the *********** for the reimbursement to be processed.? ***** emailed me to confirm that the request for reimbursement has been approved and I will be reimbursed.? It has been three months and I still have not been reimbursed for the repairs.? Ive sent ***** numerous emails and left messages on her voicemail, and she has not responded to my inquiries for an update.? Ive contacted the *************************** by phone and email, and they have also been unable to assist with resolving this matter.? I have records of all the emails which I sent to ***** Thank you,
