Oct 23/24 We just had our yearly maintenance done. *******, a fairly new *** employee, and yet again we are pleased. He came to our home was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions. Had *************** come out and do maintenance on our existing AC. The technician showed up on time. He performed the maintenance on the A/C and explained everything he was doing and why. Outstanding ********************* pre appointment text included a picture of the technician before arrival, which was a really nice touch.The technician *****, showed up on time. He performed the maintenance on the furnace explaining everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly and informative, and a true asset to the *** team. The *** project coordinator has performed well above and beyond the call of duty, maintaining excellent contact and very quickly answering all my questions.
