Excellent company great windows very pleased would certainly recommend fast service

I do not recommend using this company. We bought all new windows with this company. They were quick to come give the quote and they wanted Etransfer asap for payment. Which I sent asap. Once they got the money that’s when things changed. Months later we got the windows installed however within 2 weeks every single window failed. We let them know asap they came to look again many months later. They said it was there manufacture why the windows all failed and they would be replacing them. Ok fine! It happens! Keep in mind this was 2020 in 2021 they finally came to replace 4 of the 7 windows because the guy forgot some and broke some on his way. Well 2 of those 4 windows failed again within 2 weeks. Wait some more guy comes back to confirm they failed once again. It’s now 2023 and I’ve called every month asking what’s going on and they tell me my windows are ready but they only have 1 installer and he’s making money in Calgary. So where does that leave us? I had to comment on Facebook to warn others of our experience to get a reply. They have promised me date after date when they will be calling with a install date and I’m still waiting for this scheduled date. Not professional at all. I wish we went with a local company in Prince Albert as this has been dragged on way to long. Now I’m afraid they will come install but will fail again as we are now into the 3rd set of windows all failing prior. (Failing as you can’t see through the glass very foggy and moisture between the glass) triple pain windows is what we bought. Do your research before choosing a glass company and read reviews. Lesson learnt.

I have been so impressed with this company. Im glad I ended up using them after getting four different quotes. Although their price wasnt the lowest, it was middle of the road and fair. Very good value I would say. It did take six months, but we had winter in there and they were upfront about their timeline. We had two new doors installed, one steel and one fiberglass. The quality is excellent. We also had our bay window replaced and all the supporting wall underneath had to be replaced as well. ****** from the ******** office was our sale rep. I loved that he was also someone who had done installing and that knowledge and understanding was apparent when we talked about the job and the reconstruction that needed to take place with the bay window. I wanted a company that knew what they were doing as it wasnt just a simple install. We went with triple pane windows and they are top quality. I think the most impressive aspect was our installer Vadzim. He knows what he is doing. He took his time and did a great job, never cutting any corners. He has a eye for detail and had to come up with different trim ideas due the age of our house and gaps around our brick exterior. He didnt skimp on the insulation, which was so important to us. They hadnt scheduled enough days to complete the project, so he came back on his day off and was so easy going about it putting in a full 12 hour day, doing the job right. I can highly recommend this company.

poor quality, lousy management. I had made a complaint over half year for failure Window replacement. Came in yesterday with wrong size. This is not the first time. Almost all the Window had been replaced once after installation. ridiculous, very disappointed

We had a great experience with this company, right from measuring, getting estimate to actual installation. Installation was very seamless and they were very professional, tidy and respectful. I would and have recommended this company to Family and Friends.Thanks a lot!!!!.********************

Tried to reach out to get a quote but the "customer service" after making a online request. First off no call came in but I got an email to give them a call back that they had just called me. When I called back the customer service person was more worried about my info because they did not have it (though they did have it because they already had sent me a email) that she did not listen to me and then explained the "non existent" call to me 3 times telling me it had been a bad connection. So I requested to speak to manager 5 times before a supervisor came on who went right back to "WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION". Once again I asked to speak to manager and was told that "our company is particular" really I think it is customers that should be particular about this company It was obviously a call center that was disorganized and unable to deal with real questions If they can't be organized or listen to a customer trying to do business with them what kind of service would they do if they were really hired to do a job WASTE OF MY TIME..... AVOID
