I have repeatedly received calls for a person they want to collect from named **** *********. The *** has the wrong phone number and when I tell them this I still continue to get daily automated calls from them wanting to speak to ****.I just spoke again with an agent who said he will take care of this but it may take a couple of days. We are seniors both in our 80s who don't need this harassment.Review from Sue K

This company doesnt deserve even 1 star. Theyre harassing me with a very old debt. Ive explained my siruation of being **********. Its either pay off this old debt and go without food, housing, etc. this company calls multiple times per day, without leaving any messages. I dont not have any contract with these people. I can only offer the ORIGINAL creditor a small amount and then I want to be left alone. Their calls are harassing. I mean they can write off this account easily, as its not a large amount, and remove it from credit report. Im not paying this fraudulent harassing company. I will not pay any interest on this very old account.Review from Jarrott B

**************. I've talked with several agents that give me the run around on supposed debt with a company and service I've NEVER had. Always puts me on hold or even just hangs up on me when I question the authenticity of their calls. ******* a company that is trying to take advantage of people. They dont even deserve the one star but you have to in order to leave a review. These losers keep filling up my voicemail box WITHOUT LEAVING A MESSAGE and they also use backdoor methods to call. I have paid off debts collected through other collection companies because they treat me like a human being and do not harass me with ******** empty voicemails. This company is highly unprofessional and I will NEVER give them anything because of their sneaky underhanded way of doing business. Enjoy getting nowhere with people due to your own shady practices.Review from Lauren J

Incredibly unprofessional. I request several times for them to mail me information regarding the supposed debt I owe. They refused. Interrupted me the entire phone call. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and will not abide by basic best practices even when asked to.Review from Catherine A

My credit rating is amazing! I have nothing owing and cbv collections has been trying to contact me for years. I keep blocking their number and they keep phoning and leaving messages with new numbers all the time.Leave me alone! I have nothing owing.Review from Robyn H

How is this company even running? Nothing is legal or legitimate. ********* people into admitting they have a debt that they DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE is the ******** possible method of "earning" a living. This company needs to be shut down and every one of their employees need ti be ******** for the money they ***** from innocent people. Also, BBB, you're horrible. I've been receiving calls from cbv collections I called them back today three times in a row and I asked them the location of their office,,the mailing address of their office,,who I'm speaking with,, and that's as far as I get with them and they just hang up on me every single time I've asked them for a debt validation letter and they just hang up on me. they won't even let me speak they keep trying to interrupt me so I can't get it in in a word edgewise as soon as I ask them where they are what their mailing address is where they're located immediately they just hang up they just hang up on meReview from Ashley D
